Sam approached the Impala, where Dean and I were waiting for him, and climbed in the passenger door. Sam had gone to speak with April, who attacked her classmate.
"So?" I asked.
"I think she's telling the truth. I mean, the way she talked about being there mentally but not physically -- kind of sounds like demonic possession to me." Sam said.
"Kind of?" Dean asked.
"She didn't see any black smoke or smell sulfur." Sam said.
"Maybe it's not a demon. I mean, kids can be vicious." I said.
"Well, I mean, we're already here. Might as well check out the school." Sam said.
"Right. The school." Dean said.
"What?" I asked.
"Truman High, home of the bomb." Dean said.
"What's your point?" Sam asked.
"I mean, we went there, like... for a month a million years ago. Why are you so jazzed to go back?" Dean asked Sam.
"I'm not. I just think it's worth looking into." Sam said.
"All right, well, what's our cover? FBI? Homeland Security? Swedish exchange students?" Dean asked.
"Don't worry. I got an idea." Sam said.
"Okay." Dean said.
We drove off.
The Impala stopped in front of yet another new school. I had a stone face as I got out of the car and walked away. Sam and Dean still weren't even out of the car yet.
I walked with my bookbag and just tried to blend in. I didn't want nor need friends. We weren't going to stay here long anyways.
I was a year higher than I was supposed to be, so more likely than not, I would have classes with Dean.
I sat by the door of my first class.
"Hey princess. You ran off before Sam and I could even say have a good day." Dean said to me.
"Dude, really. I told you to cut it out with the princess." I said.
"Yeah, well, I love getting your reaction." he said. I rolled my eyes and started writing in my journal.
Dean disappeared until the beginning of class. We were then forced to stand at the front of the class.
"Class, say hello to our new students, Ali and Dean Winchester. Dean, Ali, is there anything you'd like to tell us about yourself?" the teacher asked.
"No, thanks." I said.
"Not really, sweetheart." Dean said and I was about to punch him.
"Take your seats." the teacher said.
Dean walked down the aisle and took an empty seat, which left me with an empty seat at the front of the class.
"Wonderful." I whispered under my breath. I took the seat and some jerk in a letterman jacket was behind me.
"Hey sweetheart." he said. I ignored him and tried to shrink onto my seat as I slid down into it.
I pulled out my books and set them on my desk.
"Dean, where are your books?" the teacher asked Dean.
"Don't need 'em, sugar. Not gonna be here long enough anyway." Dean said. I rolled my eyes. He was annoying me.
Sam and I met in front of the gym. I was the new security guard, Sam was a janitor, and Dean was the gym teachers substitute.
