Author's Pov:

Eunji was right infront of them talking with Mingyu's mother. Aera looked at Mingyu who shook his head, "I don't know anything about this, seriously".

Soon everyone noticed this, gossips everywhere about the lady who is wearing same dress as Aera. "Who is she, Aera?", Mrs. Jang asked. "It's her, Eunji, Mingyu's secretary", Aera answered. Mrs. Jang sighed, "I hate her now".

Seokmin stood beside Mingyu, "May I know Mr. Kim Mingyu, why is she wearing same dress as Aera?". Mingyu shrugged his shoulders, "How can I know? I didn't even had a single idea that she is coming here".

"It's your last anniversary together, Mingyu. Make sure nothing happens. I am not getting any good vibes from her or your mother. Look the way they both are talking", Seokmin said. Mingyu looked at his mother being all sweet to Eunji.

"Wait, let me do something", Seokmin said. Taking the mic in his hand, he took a deep breathe, "Everyone, here comes the couple". As soon as he said this, everyone clapped.

Aera looked around to see if Minghao is there. But he wasn't there. She sighed. "Eomma, why are you so beautiful?", Jiho asked. Aera smiled, "Why are you so cute?".

Jiho giggled. "Aww, look at that mother son duo, they are so good!", Someone said. Seeing Aera busy in talking, Mingyu took a chance.

"Come with me", He said to Eunji, "Right. Now". Eunji nodded and followed him.

"Why are you here? Who gave you this dress?", Mingyu asked. He was angry seeing her, it was their last time together and didn't want to ruin it.

"Go and ask your mother. She is the one who forced me to come here and also the one to give me this dress", Eunji said. Mingyu rubbed his forehead, "Please leave, Eunji".

"She is not leaving Mingyu. Let her stay", his mother said who was hearing their conversation, "After your divorce, I want you to marry her. She is pregnant and has no one to look after her".

"What?", Mingyu looked at mother in disbelief. He couldn't believe she is same woman who once told Aera to get abortion, when she was in same situation as Eunji. "I am not going to marry her. I can provide all the facilities she wants but not marriage", Mingyu said.

"Why? What's problem with her? Didn't you do the same thing when Aera was pregnant? You even married her without my permission.  I don't think Eunji is that bad", his mother argued.

Mingyu looked dead in her eyes, "I am not marrying her. We both have talked about this before, I don't want you to meddle in this". His mother gulped, "Aera-"

"I said whatever I wanted to. Now don't force me", Mingyu walked away from her. His mother patted Eunji's shoulder, "Don't worry, living with Aera he has become like this. Everything will go good".

The event was going well, of course Eunji's presence made an impact on Aera but she handled it. Minghao still wasn't there. Everyone, as usual praised Aera's visuals.

"Let's take a photo of the couple", his cousin said. Aera and Mingyu looked at each other. "Aww, look at them being shy", one of them said. Aera gave a small smile, it wasn't because they were shy but because they were awkward, who's gonna tell them.

"Mingyu, keep your hand on her shoulder and both please stand near to each other. You are looking like her bodyguard, not her husband", One of his aunt said. Aera laughed. Mingyu couldn't help but smile seeing her.

"Eomma, give a tight hug to Appa", Jiho said. Everyone cheered, Aera gave him a hug, she missed it. Mingyu hugged her back, kissing her head.

Aera smiled bit soon it vanished realising, this is going to end very soon. Today they heard a lot of them saying that 'You both look so good, just stay like this forever', Mingyu and Aera couldn't help but nod.
