You guys I just get so embarrassed when I read what I write and it's so hard to continue but I have to finish what I started. I tried to taking writing a bit more seriously. Let me know if the old style of writing was better, because this is a bit wordy compared to before, putting my uni degree to use. Yes I am now in uni, I started this story in like grade 10?. But yessss enjoy!

"In the calm before the storm, whispers of chaos brew, a tempest waiting to unleash its fury upon the unsuspecting world."- unknown

Mason's POV

As the kiss intensified, a whirlwind of conflicting emotions stirred within me. It felt exhilarating yet wrong, thrilling yet forbidden. I couldn't deny the pull, the magnetic force drawing me closer to both Cole and Callum.

But amidst the heat of the moment, a voice of reason echoed in the depths of my mind, reminding me of the consequences, the complexities of our intertwined destinies. Yet, as our lips parted, I found myself yearning for more, torn between desire and duty.

Callum's eyes bore into mine, a mixture of longing and uncertainty clouding his gaze. Cole's smirk hinted at a deeper understanding, a silent acknowledgment of the unspoken connection between us.

"What's happening?" Callum's voice trembled with apprehension, his instincts on high alert.

"I don't know." Cole's expression darkened, a flicker of concern crossing his features.

Instinctively, I rose to my feet, a surge of adrenaline coursing through my veins. Something was amiss, a foreboding sense of danger lingering in the air.

Without another word, I rushed out of the room, propelled by a sense of urgency. As I reached the main hall, a scene flashed in my mind, sending shockwaves rippling through me.

Standing at the entrance, bathed in the dim glow of moonlight, was a figure shrouded in darkness, a harbinger of chaos and turmoil.

The stranger's eyes bore into mine with an intensity that sent shivers down my spine, a silent challenge echoing in the depths of his gaze.

And in that fleeting moment, as our paths converged in an unexpected twist of fate, I realized that our journey had only just begun, fraught with peril and uncertainty.

For lurking in the shadows of the night, a sinister truth awaited, threatening to unravel the fragile tapestry of our existence. I knew that our destinies were inexorably intertwined, bound by secrets and lies that would shape the course of our fates forever.

Cole's POV

"What's happening?" Callum's voice broke through the silence, his words tinged with apprehension and fear. I turned to face him, my own thoughts racing as I struggled to make sense of the turmoil swirling within me.

"I don't know," I replied, the uncertainty evident in my tone. Despite my attempts to remain composed, a flicker of concern crossed my features, betraying the facade of confidence I sought to maintain.

Mason hurried out of the room, leaving behind a lingering sense of confusion and desire, I found myself grappling with a whirlwind of emotions. The intensity of the kiss still lingered on my lips, a tantalizing reminder of the forbidden allure that had drawn us together.

With each passing moment, the weight of uncertainty bore down on me, threatening to unravel the carefully constructed facade I had built around myself. The bond between Mason, Callum, and myself felt inexplicably strong, a connection that defied logic and reason.

But as I stood there with Callum, the echo of Mason's footsteps fading into the distance, I couldn't shake the nagging feeling of unease that gnawed at the edges of my consciousness. Something was amiss, a shadow looming on the horizon, casting doubt on our newfound camaraderie. Without another word, I made my way out of the room.

We had to get to the bottom of whatever the hell is going on before things go to shit.

Something is coming.

—————————————————————————————————

Oh what's comin???? Do you know???? I don't know.

I know this is so sudden compared to what you might have just read in the last chapter but in my defense I wrote the last chapter I want to say a year ago?. I think I want to add like impending danger now. Like Mason needs to talk to his moon godmother, figure some stuff, they needs to be some type of danger that they overcome as lovers and warriors and then a little bit of epilogue and then happy or sad ending. This story is an experiment at this point. What do you think? Any thoughts? Let me know.

I know it's short, I am so sorry if this was disappointing or not at all what you were expecting.

I love you. Drink lots of water and make sure you eat. Muah 💋
