The next day, Jimin woke up a bit late to Sungwoon's voice as he was talking over the call.

"Yup, I'll wake him up and be there in an hour.", he said as he hung up.

"Who were you talking to?", Jimin asked rubbing his eyes.

"Good that you woke up. Now get ready within an hour, we're going out.", Sungwoon replied, adjusting his hair in the mirror, "Eunwoo called me, asking to get ready. We're all going to buy decoration items for party tonight. Jungkook's driving."

But Jimin missed half of it, only struck on a particular thing, "Eunwoo called you?", his tone high pitched with excitement.

Sungwoon frowned, "Yeah, he did. What's with the tone?"

"Nothing.", Jimin adjusted his tone before speaking, "What party?"

"It's the year end party, and since we're at the resort, Jungkook suggested to hold it here itself instead of any club."

"But isn't there a Prom party in three days?"

Sungwoon sighed, "That's for seniors Jimin, for their farewell. Although us juniors attend it too, but it's kind of...a formal party. The boring speeches, events...no enjoyment at all. Half of the juniors don't even attend it. There's a lot of difference between that and this party, where there's no restriction and a lively atmosphere."

"Oh...", Jimin was embarrassed at his lack of knowledge about parties, since he rarely goes out of his house. Unlike him, Sungwoon was used to attending them so he had a better knowledge.

"Jimin...", Sungwoon sat on the edge of his bed, facing him, "I know all of this is new for you. But at some point, we all have to experience new things in life.", he held his shoulder, "You can't let your family experiences hold you back. You need to move on, start enjoying your life. Since how long do you want to be struck in one point?"

"I don't want to be struck!", Jimin exclaimed as tears threatened to fall, "Do you think I don't want to move on? But everytime I try to take a step, everytime I feel something good happening in my life, my mom's judgmental words echo in my mind. My dad's disapproving eyes flash in my mind. And then I start thinking that I'm not worth it, I'm not worth anything.", he finally burst into tears as Sungwoon toom him into his embrace.

"You know that's not true right? You have three people to disagree the fact.", Sungwoon soothed him, patting his back, "If Jungkook would have heard your words just now, he'd probably knock some sense out of you. Not literally, but you get the drift.", he joked trying to lighten the atmosphere. Jimin also smiled before he recalled Haein's words.

What does he have anyways? Neither looks, nor personality. Weak and pathetic. Jungkook must be favouring him out of pity because there's no way he can actually like him.

"Do you think Jungkook pities me?", Jimin asked breaking their hug, wiping his cheeks.

"What? Who told you that?"

"Haein...", he said reluctantly, "I overheard her talking about me yesterday. She said Jungkook maybe with me because he thinks I'm weak and pities me."

"That's absolutely rubbish."

Both Jimin and Sungwoon's eyes widened on the familiar voice and they turned around to see Eunwoo walking into their room.

"Sorry...didn't mean to hear your conversation. I just came to check if you're ready. Jungkook's waiting downstairs.", he replied sheepishly as he sat on Sungwoon's bed across from them, "Hope you don't mind."

"No...it's okay. Just don't tell Jungkook about it.", Jimin requested.

"I won't, you have my word. But I didn't expect it from you Jimin.", he replied.
