CHAPTER NINE: the piggyback ────────────────
After we make our way inside the creel house, I kept my shoes on but stayed quiet so I wouldn't make a sound, Max and I had to be separated so vecna wouldn't attack both of us at the same time.
So me and Andre took the attic while lucas and max took the living room, Erica kept an eye out for us. It was quiet inside the house, I shut the tape off and Andre looked at the paintings inside the house.
The lantern inside the room grew brighter and buzzed loudly, Andre and I locked eyes with one another with a knowing look.
Vecna.
He was here.

.
.
As we sat in the basement, Andre's arms were wrapped around my waist as I was curled up in his arms, my head laying in the crook of his neck as I listened to his heartbeat.
Andre then grabs out a note book and starts writing something down before he grins.
you wanna hear something crazy? – A
I chuckled as I saw that was written and nodded.
sure – Y
there was one time I remembered we both pranked dustin and his hair was all messy, it wasn't curly like it used to be – A
oh my god I remember that, we laughed our asses off that day – Y
As we were writing I couldn't help but laugh some more, we both look at each other again, our gazes never wavering. Andre then leans close before pressing a soft kiss against my lips, I kept our lips locked before slowly pulling away.
A soft sigh escapes me as I laid my head on his chest, Andre laid his head on top of mines as he caressed my hair lovingly, I was just waiting for vecna to pop up at anytime.
The lantern them breaks our moment, I sat up and leaned a little closer. our plan had to work this time— I grabbed it and glared a bit, "I'm here. right here, for your information." I say with irritation.
I stood up and sat down comfortably on the ground, placing my lantern to the side as Andre stood up, standing beside me to make sure I'd be okay, then he sat down next to me and placed a comforting hand on my shoulder; rubbing it gently.
