I just got my bags from baggage claim , the last week has been hectic . I've been studying non stop and actually had fun in my pre finals and finals . When I finished my practical I just saw how Professor Gray nodded with a smile , reassuring me that I did everything right.
I haven't talked to Charles through the week , he understood that i had to study my ass off for these exams. But now I can look to the future , its done , Nothing I do now can change the outcome .
But now , I'm in Monte Carlo, like how i promised Alexia. I also got them gifts that was finally delivered, I hope they like it. I waited outside of the airport for Charles. I decided to send him a message just in case.

I scrolled through tiktok liking edits of me. It's crazy that I accumulated a fanbase in 2 weeks , this all feels unreal if I'm being honest. If you told me a year ago that i would graduate earlier and be friends with a famous driver with around 80k followers i would ask you what drugs you're on.
I heard the shudder sounds of cameras and cellphones but i just ignored them , I find it creepy that they don't come and talk to you they just take photos from afar.
My attention was grabbed by the black Ferrari that stopped infront of me . He said that he didnt want to get out because of fans and it would make us late to Lexi's soccer game.
He gestured to the hood of the car. When I lifted it I saw that it was actually the boot. I put my bag into it and walked to the passenger side getting in.
"Goeie middag meneer - Good afternoon sir " i smiled hugging him tightly."Bonjour mon Chérie " he smiled making me shake my head. "I dont know what you said but I'm guessing its because I greeted you in Afrikaans" i laughed while putting my seatbelt on.
"Correct once again , how did the exams go?" He asked smiling over to me. "It went amazing , when I finished my practical my Professor literally just nodded with a smile and I knew I did good. It was stressful tho. I had a mental breakdown down and ended ripping one of my books up. But I'm glad I can move forward now" i explained moving my head to the song that was playing .
"Thats amazing , I'm proud of you for pushing through "he smiled hugely making me smile back. I never heard someone say that they're proud of me so much before i met him . I never heard that growing up. It was always Markus this and Markus that , because he is the ideal doctor (who is still nowhere near graduating might I add). If I graduate this year I'll have a PhD in forensic anthropology, the highest you can get in forensic anthropology and I'm turning 24 soon , so I don't understand the math that my parents used on that dynamic
