We got back to the lab when I got the call that the bones were clean. I got my labcoat on again and made my way onto the platform grabbing gloves.Only 4 sets of remains were on the platform for now. When I gazed over the remains I saw each skull in pieces. "How many skulls need reconstruction?" I asked turning to Dr. Sanjay.
"All of them" he sighed out looking at me. I blew a breath out and made my way to mr. Goldman's office. "Dr. Roux , how may I help you?" He asked when he noticed me."I'll need atleast 3 assistants to help catalogue damage done to the bones. Please send me 3 top graduates as soon as possible. But if they are unprofessional I will tell them to leave " I asked and he nodded picking his phone up.
"You are head of this case , if anyone doesn't follow by your rules you have all right to send them away." He replied and I gave him a nod and went back to the platform."Place each skull in different trays with indicators from which set of bones they came from and put them in the bone room" I asked Dr. Edison and Dr. Sanjay which nodded and went to go get the trays.I went over the first set of bones and cataloged all the fractures and other findings into the file.
"Its been 4 hours. Do we have any leads yet?" A manly voice spoke up from behind me. When I turned around I saw it was officer Kelly. I can't look at him the same way after Amanda told me she has been sleeping with him."Dr. Roux , what a surprise" he smiled holding his arms out."All 21 skulls need reconstruction so you need to be patient if you want a face " i replied making his arms drop."Wow no , I missed you officer Kelly. Jeez I missed working with you officer Kelly" he teased making me roll my eyes."Keep feeding the ego and it will explore officer Kelly" i clapped back making him laugh."I missed working with you too Dr. Roux" he replied and tapped my shoulder."Have you seen Amanda" he asked and I pointed to her office.
"Break her heart and I'll shoot you with your own gun" i added looking at him over my shoulder. He showed his hands up in surrender. "Now I'd have to fight the bestfriend too? I don't call that fair game " he argued back making me roll my eyes."Just go officer Kelly" i laughed under my breath as I shook my head. He obeyed his orders and left me in peace. Some people never change honestly.
I was working in silence for a few more minutes before it was broken once again. "Dr. Roux , the students you requested are here" mr. Goldman spoke up making me turn around.I saw a girl probably my age with 2 guys, all 3 equally as nervous. "Great , I want you to catalogue any markings , fractures or trauma to the bones. While i reconstruct the skulls" i spoke up handing them 7 files each.

As we followed mr. Goldman further into the lab I saw a woman on the platform. "Dr. Roux , the students you requested are here" mr. Goldman spoke up making her turn around. I mentally patted myself on the back for not giving up on my studies. Tenisha Roux is stood right infront of me. How crazy is that?
