I was up and early like I said I would be , and because the rooster woke me up. I changed into some leggings with my running shoes a sportbra and a hat
I went outside and fed the dogs before going out to do my chores. I went over to the storage room and got feed for the chickens and went to the coop. I poured the seed all over the ground and filled their water up. I collected all the eggs leave 2 eggs behind to be hatched.
I walked to the storage room and got a small bucket for the eggs. When I turned around I saw Charles coming my way dressed in a jean with a camo shirt this time. He smiled when he saw me so I went over to him . I hugged him and he smelled so good.
"Goodmorning did you sleep okay?" I asked pulling away from the hug . "Like a rock " he smiled down at me. "Thats great, can i ask you to give food to the pigs. Everything is in that storage room. There is a container that says varke on it . Varke is afrikaans for pigs. There is a bucket on top of that container and it is marked with a black line to show how much to give , I just want to take the eggs to the kitchen" I asked and he nodded as I explained.
I walked to the kitchen and placed the eggs into the holder. My gran came into the kitchen in her robe and slippers. "More skat - morning dear " my gran greeted and I kissed her cheek and hugged her.
"Ek en Charles gaan die beeste en skape uit laat dan vir n stap gaan. Ons sal terug wees vir breakfast- Charles and I are going to let the cows and sheep out then we're going for a walk but we'll be back for breakfast " I informed her and she agreed but pointed to the 2 way radios.I grabbed one before I left . I posted on Instagram before I headed back.
