I was exhausted, I never knew a 7 year old could have this mich energy. "You know its your fault " Tenisha scolded making me laugh. She's on to me for giving Luca extra sugar when he asked. Tatiana is already sleeping she's just a peaceful 3 year old who loves to sleep.
"Give him an hour then he'll crash" I reassured , I just hope I'm right about that statement. With the way he's running around the house shows otherwise. Life has been perfect chaos since Luca took his first steps. No place was safe from his wrath. He caused chaos wherever he went Tiana was just up for the ride . At the moment he was running circles around the couch making car noises. Tenisha glared at me with her hands on her hips. My wife still as beautiful as ever. Just her hair is darker but everything about her is still the same. The same smile and her hypnotizing eyes.
"Its 9pm Char . I need sleep before tomorrow " She groaned. Tomorrow is a very big day for her. When she took over as the head of the Forensic lab she's been crazy busy. Tomorrow they have a conference type thing because her and her team have identified over 300 sets of bones from the war a lot of years back. Which means she hasn't been to over 18 races so far.
I'm in the middle of chasing my 6th world championship and I'm so so close to it. Luca and Tatiana haven't been to one of my races before so I'm excited to take then to their first in Singapore.
After Tenisha's conference tomorrow we fly to Singapore. Luca is so happy about that , he can't wait to see papa drive.
He finally started slowing down before he went over to Tenisha. She picked him up and within seconds he was out cold. "Can you put him to bed please. I want to check on Tati before I head to bed.?" She asked , I took Luca from her and walked to his room.
Luca is a pure mix of Tenisha and I. He has her hair , my eyes , my lips and her nose. He also somehow developed a south african accent. Tatiana is the girl version of me. We're raising them to speak French English and South African
Tomorrow is our 7th wedding anniversary, I planned a beautiful lunch because we'll be on the plane by dinner time. I got Tenisha a massive photo album with photos in it from the first photo we ever took till now. It was a lot but I can't wait to see her smile when I give it to her.
We did a private wedding on an island in Italy. Only 400 guests but we asked them not to take any photos or videos. We only posted a selfie showing our rings to social media nothing else.When i made it to our room I saw Tenisha busy on her phone. "It's crazy to think that I've been a Leclerc for 7 years now. " she sighed with a smile looking at the diamond on her finger."The best 7 years of my life that's for sure" i stated making her giggle.
"What do you need that brownie points for?" She asked raising a brow. "All the drivers want to meet up in Singapore to play some padel" i stated making her shake her head and chuckle. "You can go. I'm taking the kids shopping in my favorite city " she reassured, I turned towards her and started tickling her. She stiffled her laughter with a pillow before she smacked my hands away. "Stop the kids just went to bed " she grabbed my wrists to stop me. She was out of breath from laughter.
"You're such a little shit Charles" she shook her head with the biggest shit eating grin on her face. "As long as I'm your little shit" I replied before she started tickling me. Life couldn't get any better than this.
