We just finished the pizza that Charles and Arthur had to go get at the dock with the smaller boat.We actually went to the beach before we got onto the boat so that I could take a swim and not freak out about my thalasalphobia (fear of the ocean). The time on the boat was fun we messed around on the small boat with wake boarding .Arthur wiped out bad he basically belly flopped into the water when he jumped the wave.
I have a long day tomorrow and I have to be in by 6 and Charles has to leave tomorrow night to be in time for media day in Abu Dhabi. This time Nina said she's staying with me and we'll see them in Abu Dhabi , I think that there is a connection between her and Joris , they go on as if they've known eachother for years , basically like how Charles and I are. It makes me happy to see Nina laugh and just glow of happiness, South Africa has been draining her happiness, I'm proud of myself for getting her out of there and showing her how good life is on the otherside of the bars.
But unfortunately she has to go back soon , until we sort out her visa , so for now we're enjoy it while it lasts. I heard footsteps coming up the stairs where i saw Char emerging with a shirt on unfortunately. "I knew you'd be up here " he spoke up and i smiled at him and layed down again looking back at the stars.
He came over and layed down next to me. His cologne instantly filling my nose , I sighed out in content. "Are you mind dumping?" He asked and I just nodded moving closer to him. "The stars make me calm and the moon knows all my secrets that I would never tell anyone things I'm to ashamed of saying. Its my therapy " I spoke up in a soft tone as I felt his fingers drawing shapes on my arm.
"Have you ever seen fireworks?" He asked randomly making me laugh under my breath and shake my head. "After the Abu Dhabi race they always have a firework show. Do you know if you'll be able to be there?" He asked and I let out a small sigh.
"It all depends on this case , if by Saturday morning nothing has came up or any leads I will fly out since the flight isn't that long. But this time , I can't make any promises" i replied and he nodded with a smile.The moonlight made his green eyes glow as I sat with my back to the moon. "Who would've thought " I changed the subject making him chuckle and nod. "Who would've thought " he repeated with a smile."I never believed in love at first sight , untill i bumped into you. " he admitted and my heart wanted to hug him , i pouted making him laugh under my breath.
"My rational mind , didn't make me believe in that. But when we were in Brazil , and you pulled me into the rain. When you danced with me to a song you don't even know the lyrics to showed me that you remembered how much I love to sokkie so you taught yourself how to do it . And you remembered my favorite song even if you dont understand a word of it. That showed me that I won't find someone else that would put that much effort in,to make me happy . You always know what to say to make me smile or what to do to make the tears run away. I always thought that guys like you only exist in romance novels and movies. Little me will be squealing, giggling and kicking her feet in the air if she found out that we finally have a story book boy " it felt great letting it out and the smile on his face showed how much what i said meant to him. I meant everything I said it just rolled out of me as if i didn't just confess everything.
