[The next day]

Taehyung's pov-

I was sitting in my place when I saw Y/N entering the classroom wearing black long dress.

Wow - I thought.

What the fuck? No!

But she looked really pretty.

The break-time was soon going to be over.

I was headed towards the washroom after playing basketball to wash my face and hands.

That's when I saw Ryan and Y/N together heading towards our class while talking.

Ryan had a smile on his face.

She has probably said yes - I thought

Whatever, I don't care anyways.

I shrugged my thoughts away and went to the washroom.

I looked at myself in the dusty mirror of the washroom.

I don't want Ryan with Y/N - I thought.

I tried to take my mind of it saying that I didn't care but at some point, I still ended up thinking about it.

"Why do you care? It's not like you want to make Y/N your girlfriend." - My conscience sounded.

"I don't know" I muttered.

"Hey bro!" A voice pulled me out of the thoughts as I looked at who it was from the mirror.

"What's up?" Jimin's voice sounded.

"Nothin" I said.

"Why so down?" Jimin asked while washing his face.

I shrugged.

"Hey do you know this Ryan dude?" Jimin asked as I clenched my jaw.

"Don't mention him. He pisses me off." I said gritting my teeth.

"Woah. Chill dude. I know he's not great." Jimin said.

I didn't say anything. So, Jimin continued.

"He has been blabbering about him getting a new girlfriend." Jimin said.

So, she said yes. - I thought.

"Where are you lost?" Jimin's voice pulled me out of my thoughts.

"Nothing. So, who's his girlfriend?" I asked.

"That's what we don't know. He says he wants to keep it a secret." Jimin said.

"Honestly, he is acting as if people really care about him and his girlfriend. He keeps boasting about it. Who cares? I could get a girlfriend if I liked." Jimin continued as he rolled his eyes.

I hummed.

"What's up with you?" Jimin asked again.

"Nothin" I replied.

He shrugged.

We went out of the washroom going to our respective classes.

I sat in my place beside Y/N.

I kept quiet while I looked outside of the window.

"We'll have practice soon." Y/N said.

I didn't reply.

I was in my thoughts when

"Students of classes H-A and H-B are instructed to reach the Hall-2 for the practice of the Eve ball." The announcement reached us through speaker in our class.
