Sophia simply giggled, a flush on her cheeks as she swung her dagger around, after somehow managing to climb the display cabinet and nearly rip her stitches as she took what was rightfully hers. As soon as she held the dagger, her family emblem digging into her palm, Storm knew he had a rather big problem in his hands.
Sophia swung her dagger aimlessly around, a crazed look on her face, her long midnight locks falling before her pretty eyes. Her blues glittered like fucking diamonds as she grinned at Storm, holding her dagger tightly, giggling like a fucking maniac.
"Come here!" Sophia giggled. "I want your blood. Please?"
Oh, fuck. The thought of the dagger sinking into his skin only made him harder. He was dead wrong for getting rock-hard at his potential murder.
Storm sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose before snapping his fingers at his dog and silently gesturing for the dog to leave. "Idti, Koshmar." Go.
Koshmar whimpered at the violent scene, hiding under his ears before listening to his owner and running away once he realised she was clinically insane. Fleeing the scene was for his own good.
"I want your blood," she giggled. "I want it all over me."
Storm cursed himself for shuddering, his mouth going dry in desire. She wanted blood? Fine. He could arrange that. He just needed to go to the lobby and bring a certain receptionist. What a fun date idea.
Sophia swung the knife across Storm's throat, nearly slashing it if it weren't for his fast reflexes. "Blood."
"Alright, zombie." Storm pushed her down with a shove of his foot before nearly breaking her wrist when he put a part of his weight on it, forcing her to let go of the dagger. "I'll take that now and we can be on our way."
Sophia snapped her head towards him, screeching like a feral cat. "Die!"
Storm rolled his eyes. "Shut. Up. Is it that hard to understand? Or are you just stupid?"
Flames overtook her eyes, burning her skin as she glared at him. "I'm not stupid!" Sophia screeched. "I'm not... I'm not stupid. I am not. I am not," she repeated, bringing her knees to her chest and hugging them. "I'm not stupid, I'm not stupid, I'm not stupid."
Hmm... Did her moods shift when she was drunk? She'd been angry but now she was just her usual pathetic self. "What's wrong? Who called you stupid?" Storm tried to elicit, carefully observing her.
Her freaky Bambi eyes locked with his, tears pricking them as she bit her lower lip. "They all did," she whispered so quietly it was as though the words had never left her lips but they had.
And he'd heard them.
"Who did?"
"All of them!" She wanted them to die. She wanted to kill them all.
Storm picked her up and took a seat on the couch, plopping her on his lap. He wiped her tears away and decided to use her moment of weakness to gather further entail. And so he brought the wine bottle to her lips. Against all odds, the young girl nearly finished it in one gulp before he could yank it from her disgusting clammy hands. "Words, Sophia. I want you to talk to me."
Sophia nodded obediently. She didn't know better, too trusting of him. She couldn't help it. Sometimes she felt like Storm was the only person in the world who she truly knew and so almost instinctively, she believed he knew her too.
