Stumbled

She almost creased the paper.
It was a paper of prediction.
A powerful tool caused failure.
It ruined everyone's expectations.

Forced laughter kept in the corner,
"At least got a passing score."
But what everyone doesn't know,
It will cause another river in the night.

She will continuously overthink,
Repeating all the mistakes she got,
That she wished she could've changed.
She begged to be one of 'them.'

Just once, in this lifetime-
Once that would keep forever.
Once that won't feel insecure.
Once will make her strive more.

She hid her face, yet she's all alone.
Will it ever change in the future?
Constantly comparing herself to them.
It's inevitable. She felt so much low.

Second, third, and last.
It's an unpredictable circle.
"No, it's not enough."
"You won't ever know how it felt."

Failures and It's consistency,
Having a terrible habit.
Failing miserably and repeatedly,
From the things she said will meliorate.

"Can't it always be on top?"
She has received so many lessons.
Yet wasn't enough, still and will.
"What a failure I am."
