"Ooh girl, you better get your ass to work. And make sure you keep your eyes and ears peeled for any new drama that might be brewing. I have a feeling I'm gonna need a good story once Evie and I are done with that damn art gallery tonight," Grace said causing Nicolette to laugh.

"I'll see what I can hear today. You two lovelies try to have a good day." Nicolette said before walking away.

"Evie, can we please adopt her to be our mother," Grace asked.

"Grace, Nico is the same age as us. Don't you think it would be weird to call her mother," Evie asked.

"Fine. Can we adopt Nick to be our adopted sister, since she is always looking out for us, and is always busting her ass to keep up with bills, making her the responsible one out of all of us," Grace asked.

Evie thought about it for a moment. "Yeah, we can call Nico our adopted sister. She is always looking out for us, isn't she."

"Yeah, she is. And she never expects us to pay her back for always helping us out," Grace said.

"We will figure out a way to pay Nico back for all that she does for us," Evie said. "We should probably get ready for tonight. I'll see you at work."

"See you tonight," Grace said before hanging up.

Evie shook her head while sipping her coffee, while making her breakfast. Once she was done, Evie quickly ate her breakfast, cleaning her dishes, before making her way to the art room, staring at the clay. Maybe Nico is right. Maybe I need to find a way out of this funk. I need to find something to inspire me, so I can create something worthy to be displayed in the museum one day. Only if it were that easy getting the museum to agree to take a look at my portfolio and see everything that I have done. Which is always a task, because they never want to take a moment to look through my paintings or sculptures. I shouldn't give up on my dream. Besides, if Nico were to hear my thoughts right now, she would be disappointed. God I now understand why Grace wants to adopt Nico as our mother. Nico is always giving off the motherly vibe, taking care of everyone. Even when we're all feeling down about something, Nico is always pushing her own issues onto the back burner so she can take care of everyone else. I have to find a way to get out of the funk and make something that would make Nico proud, Evie thought to herself while grabbing some clay, placing it on the pottery wheel. Evie then sat down and started the pottery wheel, beginning to sculpt something with clay. As Evie was beginning to make some kind of progress, she grew frustrated and stopped the wheel, picking the clump of clay up and dumping it in the garbage. "I seriously need to get out of this funk. Maybe I'm just stressed about this damn catering job tonight. I might as well start getting ready for work, that way I don't run late."

Nicolette was just finishing up her shift, getting ready to clock out and head home to get ready for her other job, when her fellow worker walked in the back where Nicolette was getting ready to clock out.

"What's up Mandy," Nicolette asked.

"Sorry to keep you from clocking out, but there is one particular customer sitting in your section, he's demanding to be served by you before you take off work. He doesn't want to deal with anyone else. Do you mind taking this customer," Mandy asked in a nervous tone.

"Don't Worry Mandy. I'll take this person until he pays his bill and walks out. Then I'll take off. If Carrie has an issue with it, I'm skipping HR and going straight to the owner of the establishment, and they can be the ones to deal with Carrie. I'm tired of her getting away with everything that she does," Nicolette said before walking out from the back.

Nicolette was making her way over to where the customer who was seated in a booth, looking through his phone waiting for Nicolette to make her way over. Nicolette stood there waiting for the guy to notice that she was standing there. After waiting a few minutes, the guy continued to look down at his phone, which caused Nicolette to clear her throat causing him to jump and look at her.

The man gasped while looking at her before snapping out of his thoughts. "Sorry ma'am. I was just taking care of some important business."

"It's fine. I heard that you requested my service to serve you your mean. So, what can I get you," Nicolette asked while grabbing her pen and notepad from her apron.

"Do you serve fish and chips here," the man asked.

"Yeah. Is that what you want," Nicolette asked.

"I would. It would be quick, so that way I don't keep you too long. The sooner I get out of here the sooner I can finish up my business in this country and head home to my home country," the man explained.

"I'll go and grab that for you. What would you like to drink," Nicolette sked.

"Just sparkling water. I don't want to drink while on the job," the man said.

"Right. I'll place your order in the kitchen for you, that way you can eat and be on your way. I have to clock out soon anyway, that way I can get home and get ready for my other job," Nicolette said before walking away.

I didn't think I would find the one who looks like my master's original wife to be. Yes, Colette was a beautiful woman. But this woman holds more beauty. I'm sure the master will be pleased with this one. The question at hand is how do I manage to get this young woman back to the master without freaking her out, the man thought to himself while Nicolette approached him with a bottle of sparkling water, placing it on the table along with a glass.

"Thank you," the man said.

"You're welcome. I'll bring your food out in a bit," Nicolette said before turning to make her way to another table to help them.

"The man sat there watching as another woman walked to the waitress who was serving him. He watched as the one woman stood there yelling at the waitress. The man got up an made his way over to the woman who was yelling at the waitress. "Excuse me ma'am. Why are you yelling at this waitress? She didn't do anything wrong."

"This young woman should be clocking out now. She's not supposed to be looking over time. It has not been cleared for her to do so," the woman said.

"Don't hold this young woman accountable for working overtime. It's not her fault. I had asked her to stay and serve me until I ask for the check. You don't have to worry about paying this young woman overtime. I will compensate her for the time that she has spent working when she should have checked out. I will leave her a handsome tip that will make her overtime pay look pathetic. Now be a dear and be on your way, so that way this waitress can get back to work," the man said before walking away before leaving the manager to stand there in shock.
