The party started winding down with guests making their way to their rooms to get some rest for the night. Evie decided to hang around a little longer. After watching a few more guests leave, Evie didn't see any sign of Nicolette returning to the party anywhere.

Lucy noticed the worried look that Evie had on her face. Lucy walked over to make sure that Evie was alright. "Is everything alright?"

"Yeah. Just a bit worried about my friend, Nicolette. I only seen her for a few minutes, before she got angry and walked away. I haven't seen her since. Do you know if she is alright," Evie asked.

"I'm sure she's fine. There isn't really any reason to worry. Try to get some sleep, because we have a spa day tomorrow. Maybe your friend, Nicolette will be there enjoying spa day with us," Lucy said.

"Lucy! How many times do I have to tell you not to be a nuisance to other guests," Viktoria said before turning to look at Evie. "I'm sorry about Lucy. She gets a bit overly excited when it comes to weddings. She's been waiting for this one for many months. It's all that she has been talking about since we received invitations to the wedding."

"Can you blame me? This is supposed to be THE wedding. It's the most talked about among all of the guests here," Lucy said before turning to look at Evie. "All night everyone has been making guesses as to who the bride and groom are. The suspense is killing all of us."

"I know the feeling. I have been dying to learn the identity of the bride and groom myself," Evie said.

"I heard that we will be finding out during the dinner tomorrow night," Viktoria said in a bored tone.

"Isn't the bride going to be attending spa day with us tomorrow," Evie asked.

"Even if the bride did attend spa day before the dinner, none of us would know that she's the bride. She would blend in among all of us," Viktoria explained.

"You don't sound so happy about this wedding. If anything, it sounds like you don't want this wedding to take place," Evie pointed out, causing Viktoria to laugh.

"Oh, I'm very much excited for this wedding to take place," Viktoria said. Because it won't remain a wedding for very long. What will be the happiest day of your little friend's life, will turn into a tragedy for her. The bride won't be married to her husband for very long. She will die a tragic death, Viktoria thought to herself.

Lucy noticed the look that Viktoria had on her face, and instantly knew that the thought of the wedding taking place displeased Viktoria. "It's getting late. Maybe we all should head to bed ladies. Don't want to be exhausted for spa day tomorrow. Who knows, maybe we might catch a glimpse of the bride to be."

"Right. If you see Nicolette, can you please send her to my room," Evie asked.

"Sure thing. Have a goodnight," Lucy said before walking away with Viktoria.

Evie made her way back to her room and was greeted by the sound of her phone ringing. Evie rushed over answering it, and was greeted with the sight of Grace on her phone. "Gracie."

"Evie! How are things over there? Wait, where's Nico? Is she anywhere in the room with you," Grace asked.

"No, she's not in my room. I haven't really seen much of Nico since we got here. It's really weird honestly. She's never one to wander too far away from people who she knows, especially when she's in a country that is completely new to her," Evie explained.

"Relax Evie. Maybe Nico is gaining some confidence to go off on her own, and explore a bit. Once she turns up, she will tell you about everything that she's been up to. Have you seen much of the rich guy who owns the manor, that you are staying in," Grace asked.
