I See You

CHAPTER 9

Ann's POV

We all came to the drawing room in silence , I sat on the couch opposite to them . I just couldn't get words out of my mouth , but ' I have to do it for , Akira . I have to say it ' I repeated them to myself in order to get strength .

" Ann , what you want to talk about Akira ? " she asked nervously as if she knew what I had come for .

" Actually ....." I cleared my throat to make my voice more thick and continued " I want to talk about Akira , and the behaviour of you both towards her " .

Roman bowed down her head as if in submittion and said " Our behaviour towards her has been same as our own daughter Ella " she slowly straightened her head and tears were visible in it " but yes, we had to be strict with her due to her grades and you also know that she is a teenager .....and they dont like people who stop them even there own parents .....and we are just her uncle and aunty " the last part she said in almost a sob.

By the time she finished I was on fire , I just wanted to explode and make her understand once for all that her ' DRAMA IS FINISHED ' .

" I know what you do to her " I shouted " I don't want your useless excuses ......I am now giving u both a warning , if you both don't mend your ways towards her , no money will be provided " .

By my this outburst they both stood up . " Who told you we behave badly with her , even though if you think we are , we are doing this to protect her . She has been protected for the past eleven years more then you could protect her in five years in the orphanage " Mr Robel said angrily.

I stayed quite for a minute , to collect all the things in my mind then I spoke " Mr Robel , you know very well if the protection that you are giving is needed for Akira , then Lazarillo senior could have given easily to her . But the thing is he wanted a loving family for her , thats why she is here , not the other way round "

" We are giving her whatever we can " said Romana innocently .Then I knew they wont understand that easily . I had to give them a clearer picture of what will happen to them , if they don't do what I am telling them to do .

" Mr and Mrs Robels , listen to me very carefully because I am not going to repeat it and there will be no second chance for you both " when I saw , I had there full attention I continued " If you both can't give what has been expected from you , then I will take Akira with me. That is you won't get any money any more and at the same time whatever I have invested in you .....you will have to pay it back with interest " . I looked at there shocked faces but I continued " I am sure you both will not be able to do that , then at last I will hand youn both to MOB BOSS LAZARILLO , then I don't have to express what will happen with you " .

Till I finished there faces had become red with fear ."Have I made myself clear ? " I asked , they both nodded in agreement " From now on you both will take good care of her ? " I asked for the last time , even though I knew the answer , but I had to be confirm.

" Yes " they both said together . I got up from my couch and left there house with a satisfactory smile on my face . Even though I thought of telling it to Akira , but I think she will eventually know everything herself , she just has to wait .
