The morning usual comes up, im the last one to wake up, Molly throws my clothes at me, and Jackie starts bitching.

This time Molly picked out black shorts and a yellow shirt.

Ah yes give me the piss color.

We go outside in the morning in attempt to look for food, we decided to pass on hunting today we still have meat.

"Seriously? How the fuck are there no fucking berries!" Mari says kicking the tree as me and Molly are run around.

"The birds could be picking them off. or-or mice." Akilah says making me stop running.

"I'd eat the crap out of a mouse right now." Van says as I shake my head.

"Ew", "Gross." Akilah and Mari say looking at her with disgust.

"Okay that's disturbing." Molly says walking away.

"You know some animals live off eating their own vomit?" Lottie says making me gag.

"Okay, Thanks for that image, Lot." Van says making me imagine a bear eating its own vomit.

"Wait that would make them more hungry, if they keep throwing up their food." I say picking up a dried up berry, Molly nodding her head.

"Did Dead Cabin Guy tell you that, or do you guys just chat about blood and stuff?" Mari says obviously joking.

"No, we mostly talk about how Danny Mears dumped you for his own cousin." Lottie says getting up walking away.

"Oooo she got you there!" Molly yells following Lottie.

"I didn't know that!?" I shout out following them, "Sorry Mari!".

"Hey theyre second cousins, and thats totally legal you know." Mari says making me look back.

"Oh my god that is not legal!" I yell running to catch up with them.

They suddenly stop in their tracks staring at this deer, it has blood or whatever that is on his horns.

We all back up I end up bumping into Van who was walking up to us making me scream.

"Hey, look, ignore Mari, okay? I dont think shes taken a shit in like, two weeks." she says to
all of us.

"Yeah." Molly and Lottie say in sync.

"Are you okay, whats wrong?" Van asks as we look back to where the deer was, but it's gone.

"Nothing, It-It.. it's fine."  we say in sync as Van walks away saying, "okay.".

We walk to the bushes seeing the deer again. "Strange." Molly says as I walk away towards a berry bush taking out some berries and putting them in my basket.

"Found some!" I yell as Mari groans.

Time Skip

Natalie and I are alone sitting down in the attic while everyone is outside doing something.

We are laughing about stuff that has happened since we got here, until she randomly changed the subject.

"Im sorry about Travis. I know it may seem like we have something going on but I swear I want nothing to do with him. I promise." she says staring deeply into my eyes.

The words "I promise" makes me worry less.

"It's fine dont worry im over it." I say smiling and playing with my shoe laces.

She smiles and gives me a peck on the lips making me smile even more.

We continue talking and kissing in between.
