The sun was shining brightly at Seoul High School as students and teachers bustled around, setting up for the most awaited sports day event. The air was filled with excitement and anticipation as everyone prepared for a day filled with fun and competition.

Basketball Match: JH-2 vs. JH-1

The first event of the day was the highly anticipated basketball match between JH-2, led by Kim Namjoon, and their rivals, JH-1, captained by Yoongi. The court buzzed with energy as players warmed up, dribbling and shooting with precision.

"Ready for the big game, Tae?" Namjoon asked, patting his friend on the back.

Taehyung gave him a confident smile and replied, "Always ready, buddy. We're going to crush the opponent team today."

They saw the opponent team, JH-1, getting ready for the game. Yoongi, the captain of JH-1, was known for his basketball skills and everyone knew it was going to be a tough match.

Namjoon, clad in his team's jersey, stood at center court, his voice booming as he rallied his teammates with words of encouragement. "Alright, guys, let's show them what we're made of! Defense tight, offense sharp. We've got this!"

Taehyung, with his basketball tucked securely under his arm, exuded confidence as he took his position on the court. His eyes sparkled with determination as he locked gazes with his opponents, ready to unleash his formidable skills.

Beside him, Jungkook shifted nervously, his gaze darting between the players with a mix of excitement and apprehension. "You got this, Taehyung," he muttered under his breath, silently rooting for his desk mate.

As the referee blew the whistle, signaling the start of the game, tension mounted as both teams vied for control of the ball. Taehyung wasted no time, his movements fluid as he dribbled past defenders with ease, his eyes never leaving the basket.

"Pass it to Taehyung!" Namjoon called out from the sidelines, his voice echoing across the court as he watched his friend maneuver into position.

With a quick pass from his teammate, Taehyung leaped into the air, his body soaring gracefully as he aimed for the hoop. The ball arced through the air, its trajectory true as it swished through the net, eliciting cheers from the crowd.

Jungkook's eyes widened in awe as he watched Taehyung in action, a sense of pride swelling within him. "Wow, he's incredible," he murmured, his admiration evident in his voice.

The game continued and JH-2 and JH-1 were neck to neck. Both teams were playing with great determination and the crowd was cheering loudly. Taehyung was dribbling the ball with ease and scoring points for his team. Namjoon was also playing exceptionally well and the two of them made a great duo.

However, JH-1 was not giving up easily. Jin and Hoseok, the other members of the team, were also playing their best and Yoongi's strategies were keeping them in the game.

As the ball passed into Jungkook's hands, anticipation rippled through the crowd. With a quick glance at the basket, Jungkook realized he was too far away to make the shot. Doubt flickered in his mind as he hesitated, uncertain of his ability to score from such a distance.

The air crackled with anticipation as the orange sphere rocketed across the court, and passed into Jungkook's palms.

A collective breath hitched in the bleachers - JH-2 was down by two points, the clock ticking mercilessly, and Jungkook soon realized that he was way too far from the basket and his chances of making a goal were slim. His heart sank as he thought about disappointing his team and the crowd.
