It's all back to square one. Square one, when Minho happened to arrive back in the loft right when Jisung was answering his phone.
It all escalates so quickly. Minho's usually warm orbs are turning lifelessly dark. Not a single second later, he's charging at Jisung angrily.
He grabs the younger's wrist with the wrath of an erupting volcano. He snatches and tosses the phone from his hand.
This touch is different. It's scary. It's not soft like when he'd cuddle Jisung to sleep. It's not soothing like when he hugged him that one time. It's not even punishing like when he smacked Jisung's bottom.
Minho's nails dug into Jisung's hand. Blinded by anger.
"Please stop"
"What did she say to you?! "
Jisung doesn't even realise that fat tears are rolling down his cheeks. He can't bring himself to talk. The child never got a chance to speak to him.
"What did she say Han Jisung!" Chillingly angry Minho repeats, this time more loud than before.
His loudness must have prompted Jeongin to enter the loft, cigarette still in one hand.
"Minho... What the fuck! Leave him alone...The hell are you doing ?" Jeongin rushes over to them, to grab Minho away from a crying Jisung.
"What did Emily say Jisung?" This time Minho's voice sounds desperate, it comes out as a choke.
Who is Emily? Was she that child on the phone ? Why does she get such a rise out of Minho ?
"Stop this madness. Take your phone, and go to them okay ? I'll take care of Jisung" Jeongin says to a panicked Minho.
Jisung is in pain. Not because Minho manhandled him like that. But because he doesn't know what's causing the troubled man so much stress and worry.
Minho leaves the loft without even sparing Jisung a glance.
And, boy does it hurt to be left alone like this. If anything, Jisung should be happy. He didn't anything wrong, and this could be his chance to run away for good.
•
"Don't mind Minho okay ? He gets like that when it comes to Emily and Barney" Jeongin tries to cheer up the stoic boy.
Jisung tries to smile, and nod.
Minho doesn't owe him anything. So why is he anguished for a stranger?
"He just loves those kids so much. I can't tell you much, but everything he does, he does for them. And when you answered that call, it was the only call he had gotten from them in months"
"You don't need to explain it to me. It's none of my business anyways" Jisung whispers faintly boring his eyes onto the elevator doors. They are so silver. So silver.
"I'll talk to him. For now, I'll leave you in the club with a friend. And don't worry there's no one there other than just the workers. They're super kind." Jeongin explained, looking at Jisung with a look that he could only describe as pity.
•
Jeongin wasn't lying. The huge club was empty and closed off for now.
It still was a night club however.
Loud slow pace music sounds from central part of the club.
And it's at the centre that Jisung sees something or rather someone doing the most intricate and provocative dances he has ever seen.
A tall slender man twists his lean body over a long silver pole. His sock clad feet never touch the ground. It's like he is a fairy. But a sexy fairy, if those even exist.
The man's long legs wrap around the pole as he slides down it with fluid beatitful motions. His long blonde hair dancing along too with each thrust and movement.
Once on the platform floor, the blonde individual bends over so that pole is behind him. Letting his bum rub against the pole with smooth grinds. He moves so smooth like water.
Bending all the way down to the drop of the music, showing off his flexibility.
Sexy could be defined as many things, but Jisung must have found the real meaning of it in this moment.
Jisung doesn't bother to try to get the Jeongin's attention. He's too busy drooling.
"Ohhh... Innie! What are you doing here ?" The dancer finally squeals in excitement when he notices the two spectators.
"Sunshine, that was so sexy" Jeongin praises, rushing to take the dancer's hand to assist him get down the high platform.
Sunshine?! More like purple rain....
"You always say that, thank you though" Sunshine tsked.
He was wearing soft lavender sweatpants, and a large t-shirt to match. An embellished ankle bracelet dangling by his left foot.
"Who's your friend Innie? Introduce him, don't be rude! He's really cute" Sunshine, or rather the dancer asked, slowly approaching Jisung.
He speaks with so much happiness that it is easily contagious.
Jisung feels guilty. He too was watching with hungry eyes. From sad to hungry so quick. What is he hungry for exactly ? No one will ever know.
"Oh... This is Han Jisung. Minho's boy" Jeongin introduces, while the last part sounds like a warning.
"I don't see Minho here with him. Hi there Jisung" Even the way the dancer speaks is sultry and sweet.
Jisung waves at him with a small smile.
"Nice to meet you Sunshine"
Both Jeongin and the dancer burst out laughing. Jeongin even clutching at his stomach, almost falling over in laughter.
Damn, Jisung must be a comedian or something...
"Honey, my name is Felix. Sunshine is my stripper name."
