Lailah's POV

I just got out of the shower. I dab the towel on my face and neck and wrap it around my waist. I walk into my room, closing the bathroom door behind me. I take off my towel and pat myself dry all over.

I walk over to my drawer and grab a pair of panties and pull them over my bare legs. I then pull out an oversized pink shirt and slide it over my body. I bend down and grab my towel, walking to the hamper in the corner of the room and dump it in.

I hear my phone ring. I crawl onto my bed and reach around my cover in an attempt to find it. I spot it and grab it. I see a notification from an unknown number and I open it.

I open the attachment. What I saw made my blood turn cold. It was a picture of me. Naked. There's a message underneath, so I scroll down and read it.

You should really close your curtains.

I clasp my hand over my mouth. I want to scream, but nothing came out. I was choking on tears and swallowed a lump in my throat.

I felt disgusted. Violated. Vulnerable. Who would do this to me?

I was used to having secret admirers, but nothing ever went this far.

I do the first thing that comes to mind. I call Cade. He picks up on the second ring.

"Hello?"

"C-Cade..." I speak through tears.

"Woah, what's wrong?"

"He reached out again."

"He?"

"The guy from earlier!"

"What?" Anger evident in his voice. "What'd he say?"

"He sent a picture of me naked and said that I should close my curtains next time."

"I'm on my way."

I lay on my side and cry into my pillow. Minutes later, knocks echo from the other side of the door, making me jerk up. I sit up and rub my eyes before getting up from the bed and open the door. Cade stood in front of me and I hug him.

"Shhh, shhh. I'm here now. I'm here." He consoled me.

"Shit, I'm sorry. C-come in."

"Hey, don't you fucking apologize. You didn't do anything wrong."

Cade walks further inside and closes the door. I pace around the room with my index finger and thumb in between my lips.

"What do I do?"

"I can call campus security."

"What good would they do? As long as this freak hasn't physically harmed me, they won't do a damn thing."

"You don't know that. Maybe they can trace the number."

I cease my pacing and think for a moment.

"Fine. Do it."

Four minutes later, someone knocks on the door. Cade opens it, revealing a skinny man with shoulder length blonde hair, blue eyes, and a goatee.
