so basically the layout of hopper's cabin is how it is though on the other side of the living room opposite el's room is margo's room. you can decide how you want her room to be but my rough idea is:

quick season 1 backstory:
margo has always been close to jonathan byres because of their parents being friends. though as will goes missing they grow a closer sibling like bond. shes also introduced to nancy wheeler who soon becomes one of her best friends. but then theres steve harrington, shes never really liked steve, she saw him as a cliché popular douchebag. but also the fact her dad warned her to not go near him or any other people like him contributes.
their first interaction consisted of her fist colliding with his jaw...twice. this was during the movie theatre sign incident.
but after fighting off a demogorgan, things change. slightly. her and steve would speak the few times they'd walk past eachother, or he'd walk past her purposely so he could speak to her.
during this time shes also close to robin buckley, and still is. however she promised herself to never get robin tangled up in the upside down shit.
she babysits 4 kids now and again and that soon turns into 6. with a little extra help...
