Chapter 32 ₊˚⊹ ♡

*back to Felix's POV*

We're at the airport, boarding our flight, and Seungmin and asleep on my shoulder. My phone has countless messages and calls but ignore them all and switch off my phone.

The flight flight is long but we arrive safely and me and Seungmin exit the flight. I take a deep breath in and memories wash over me like a hurricane.

I'm home. Australia, I'm home.

Seungmin interlocks his hands with mine and gives me a reassuring nod. I smile at him and return the nod. Just as we leave the airport, a familiar scent hits my nose. Before I know it, I'm engulfed in a hug. My breath is taken from me as I'm crushed in the arms of four people. And when I look at their faces, tears stream down my face.

"Carl! Rohan! Jeffrey! Enzo!" I laugh.

"Oh my god! I thought I'd never see you again!" Jeffrey cries.

"I'm so mad you left us, I still want to crush the life out of you," Rohan grumbles. Enzo hugs me like a koala and doesn't let me go.

"Okay nice reunion but Enzo get off Lix, he just got off the flight. He's probably really exhausted," Carl orders, trying to pull Enzo off me. But that only resulted in Enzo crying like a baby and latching onto me tighter.

"NAURRRRRR! DON'T TAKE FELIX FROM MEEEEE!" he cries. Carl tries to forcefully drag him but Enzo starts throwing a tantrum and punching Seungmin.

"Just let him be, Carls," I smile, hugging Enzo.

"Oh I missed my nickname," Carl sighs.

"Hey! What about mine?" Jeffrey whines.

"Oh, Jeff," I giggle.

"I don't have a nickname. Rohan can't be reduced. Neither can Enzo though," Rohan shrugs.

"Seungmin, we're still disappointed you and Lix are staying in Korea," Enzo mutters.

"I know. We would love to come back here but we've settled in and stuff," Seungmin replies, "And Lix can't really move back since he's studying in Korea."

Suddenly Rohan starts hitting and pushing Seungmin around.

"YOU LITTLE CRAP! HOW DARE YOU LEAVE AUSTRALIA AND NOT TELL US ABOUT IT? HMM? WE WERE FREAKED OUT WHEN YOU SAID YOU WERE MOVING TO KOREA. WHAT TYPE OF FRIEND ARE YOU? YOU SON OF--" Rogan rages. People stare at us weirdly until Jeffrey holds Rohan by the waist to stop him from fighting Seungmin. Seungmin whines and runs behind me.

"Oh, how I missed our friend group... but I guess things don't go your way sometimes," Enzo chuckles.

"Lix you look adorably hot," Carl compliments.

"Adorably hot? How does that make sense?" Jeffrey questions.

"Dunno. Just does. I mean, look at his features! They're so cute but insanely hot at the same time. I'd date Felix if I was gay," Carl points out.

"You are though?"

"Correction, bi-sexual and I have a boyfriend--" Carl starts.

"YOU HAVE A BOYFRIEND!?" I shout in shock.

"Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you," Seungmin mumbles.

"Yup! His name is Neo!" Carl smiles. I hug him happily.

"I can't believe you finally pulled someone," I snort.

"Oh shut up!" Carl groans. Laughter fills the air and I feel like I'm 13 again.

It's 8 PM and I've been dragged to the rooftop of Jeffrey's house, forced to sing karaoke. I smile at my friends screaming the lines 'Night Changes'.

Goin' out tonight, changes into something red

Her mother doesn't like that kind of dress

Everything she never had she's showin' off

Drivin' too fast, moon is breakin' through her hair

She's headin' for somethin' that she won't forget

Havin' no regrets is all that she really wants...

"I got that all on video. We sound like cockatoos," Enzo chuckles.

"Your neighbors are going to hate us," Seungmin grumbled.

"Nah. Our neighbors love our family. Even if we burnt their house down, they wouldn't care. Australians are chill," Jeffrey shrugs.

"Sure they are," Carl snorts.

We burst out laughing.
