A burden had been lifted from Carina shoulders, she felt happy. Throughout the rest of the day there was only one moment when she was tensed up again.
During lunch they talked about how Alberto had suddenly been sent away and they didn't know anything about it.
But most of them also said that it wasn't a big deal because they sometimes felt a bit uncomfortable in his presence.
That evening she went out to dinner with Andrea and Giovanni, they called him Gio for short.
"Andrea, Gio, come state?"
"Mia sorella! Fantastico, con te?"
Carina hugged both men and they took a seat at the table.
"I'm okay and you guys?
How was your trip?"
The two men looked at each other with a smile.
"Our trip was fantastic."
Andrea took his boyfriend's hand.
"Tell me?" asked Carina curiously, noticed that the two men had something to hide.
"Do you want to say it?" Andrea asked Giovanni.
"No no you do, it's your sister."
"Andrea what's going on??"
"Welll"
"ANDREA" Carina hissed in frustration.
"We are engaged" and because he said it quietly, Carina thought she had misheard.
"Fratelinno you better don't mess with me" she pointed out to him.
"It's true" both men smiled and showed Giovanni's ring on his finger.
"I'm so happy for you guys" she cheered and stood up to give them a threesome hug.
"He asked you?" she asked Giovanni, he nodded yes.
"Tell me everything!"
During dinner he told how they were taking a walk and they arrived at a wonderfull waterfall in the middle of all the green.
For both of them it was the most beautiful natural element they had ever seen.
And in the water at the foot where the water entered the lake he had asked the question, laughing at the memory of almost losing the ring in the water.
They wanted to keep it a small and intimate wedding with their closest and dearest people.
In between the conversation, Carina was momentarily distracted by her phone.
Before dinner she had messaged Maya and she just got her answer.
