One shot synopsis:
{Lloyd gets his golden powers back}

His dream that night was awfully vivid.

    There was a woman lying on his lap, her head resting on his chest and she was staring at him with her eyes wide open. She had golden glitter in her hair and sparkling gold flakes on her skin. Their eyes locked and all he could see was gold. Suddenly, she shifted her position, her mouth a few inches away from his lips. She leaned in, and they kissed.
  The woman leaned away, leaving an imprint where her lips touched his. Her perfume smelt like the morning dew and her skin was soft to the touch. She looked at him with a sweet, almost innocent smile on her face. He couldn't tell why but something in the back of his mind made him think that she wasn't human.
  Her eyes were golden too. The gold on her skin seemed more vivid. He could see his hand holding the back of her neck.

   Suddenly, she started giggling and her golden hair started floating around her head. The smell of her perfume was overwhelming him. The light smell of dust in her skin turned into golden glitter. The woman suddenly stopped smiling and gave a small laugh. She pulled back and said, "Your eyes are really green." Her voice sounded like honey. "I really miss you," the voice was soft; almost like an angel. The glitter in her eyes became brighter than before. For a second, she looked at him with her eyes wide open like they were waiting for a reply. When he did not reply, she said, "Please come back soon."

"What happened to us, Green Ninja?" She asked, looking at him with sad eyes. He noticed that their surroundings were now different. She was talking to him in a field that was completely covered in white roses.
  "Why did you give me away? Why is your heart so broken?" She started crying for some reason, like she already knew the pain he went through. The woman was completely filled with grief when she suddenly fell to her knees in the golden grass. She looked at him through her tears, "Please come back!" She cried, "I miss you."

As the woman cried, he couldn't hold his voice anymore. He finally spoke, "I don't know how to come back. You left me."
  She lifted her head up. "No, you let the Overlord take me and then you gave the rest of me away to your friends."

"Who are you? I don't know you."

The sky went completely gold. "You know who I am! Why are you asking me who I am? I am you and you are me."

Lloyd woke up violently.

   His heart was beating rapidly like it was his last moment on Earth. He was shivering and his body was shaking. He was tangled in his sweaty blanket on his cold bedroom floor. The feeling of gold couldn't go away. He tried to calm himself down but the feeling of golden dust and the smell of perfume wouldn't go away.
   The dream felt so real and so painful.

  His breath had started catching and he found it difficult to take in a full gasp. As this was happening, his eyes slowly moved towards the door and he saw Cole come in, who had been alerted by the sound. He looked at Lloyd in worry, "Lloyd? Are you okay?"
    Cole looked at him in worry, calling out again, "Lloyd, can you hear me?" As he got close to him, he noticed that Lloyd's hands were starting to glow a bright gold. "Buddy, can you tell me what's going on? Zane!"

   Zane ran in as soon as Cole yelled his name. He immediately pulled Zane aside to make him see that Lloyd's hands that were glowing bright gold.
    Zane was stunned and Cole was getting more worried by the sight. "What do we do?" The Black Ninja asked. Arin and Sora peaked their heads in. "What the?" Arin gasped as he stepped in the room.

"Give him space."

The golden glow that was all around him suddenly faded away. There was nothing left. Lloyd's body stopped shaking suddenly after the glow left. But he was still not responding or even moving. His breaths still came in short puffs and his eyes were still closed. They all looked at him for a moment and then Kai finally stepped forward and went to him. He called his name once and gently shook him. "Hey, green bean, can you hear me?"

Lloyd seemed to have regained his composure. He looked at everyone with a pale face. "M' fine. Arin and Sora, join me for training in the courtyard please," he said as he left the room. Everyone was speechless, not knowing what to even think about what had just happened.
Cole huffed. "I thought his Golden Powers were gone after the Overlord stole them and then he gave us the last bit of it?"

"Agh, I wish Wu was here." Kai groaned.

Arin twiddled his thumbs. Sora tilted her head, "what golden powers?"
He seemed to perk up. "Well since I'm ninja fan number one, you can come to me! After fulfilling the prophecy when he was very young, he gained his golden powers only for the Overlord to come back. Sad, really."

Kai sighed and said, "I wonder what exactly triggered his golden powers again."

"So does it mean those powers still exist?" Sora asked.

"We don't know. In a way, he might still have some traces of his powers. It could be related to him being 'the conduit,' source dragons, and the nightmares."

"Can't someone just ask him this?" Arin asked as he lifted his hands up.

Cole got up and started for the hall. "Nah home-slice. Not it."
