AN: I will say this here, so if you don't like it, you won't write me in the comments about why this and why that. Luffy will be overpowered in this story. And mean overpowered to be an emperor at a very younger age. I want to write this because One Piece is still going and is going to take a while before Egghead island get interesting. I haven't read the manga but I know what's going to happen, because who doesn't want to know?. Even if I just become a fan last year, One Piece is amazing
AN2: While I put crossover in the tags, this is the only time Naruto, Anakin and Goku will appeared. They won't join Luffy in his crew and no other characters from Dragon Ball, Naruto or Start Wars will appeared. Like Shikamaru would say, it would be too troublesome to that.

And above all, help his father form a democratic government, one without those freaks of nature known as Celestian Dragons.
"Your awake?" Said a voice. Luffy look around and saw three people. One look like a ghost, the other had a strange white hair style and the last one had blond hair with long smile
"Who are you?" Luffy ask "where am I?"
"You can call this the Other World, a place you go before you are either send to heaven or hell" answered the Ghost "my name is Anakin Skywalker by the way"
