~• Sylistico •~

A small flying robot came up to him as he looked at the signs on a giant rock. He watched as the robot scanned the rock up and down before blinking a light and turning to Sylistico. He looked back at it curiously, waiting for the answer to the rock, only receiving the blank eyes of the small robot.

"Sim Ale, this rock is not Pelstimotian but it has the signs of one. It says 'only one true of heart may open this sanctuary'. Must mean only you can open it. And there is news from Meriace City sir." Sylistico nods, turning to the robot and a projection of a video pops up onto the icy ground. Sylistico's heart beats faster at the image of Loaine and he nods to the robot to play the video.

"Good evening Meriace City! I'm Loaine Lorain and today I have some big news. Our superhero, Sylistico, has vanished for the time being with no explanation whatsoever and left our city to the hand of villany, the one he saved us all from. Who is he? We all want to know, so why does he keep it a secret? Well, I intend to find out, for all of us here in Meriace City. Stay tuned for more information later on this evening, I'm Loaine Lorain and this is Worldwide Weekly with your morning news." Her smile was fake, her eyes a burning fire and Sylistico felt the same way. What was she thinking?! Didn't she know how much trouble this could cause not only her but the city?!

Sylistico began to pace, his boots crunching against the ice. The robot followed, annoying Sylistico, but the rock trembled, the ground beneath Sylistico following. He looked over to see a hidden hideout, his new hideout. Sylistico ran in, the door closing behind the robot, and he looked around as the sanctuary lit up with invisible lights. Sylistico looked in awe as machinery and other objects were lit up, their discovery his own.

"R32, what is all of this?" The robot scanned the area, his red light hitting every inch of the area, before turning to Sylistico.

"Your's sir, a Pelstimotian sanctuary meant only for you." Sylistico walked up to a circular tube and placed his palm to glass before it trembled under his touch and the glass opened to reveal a suit, the dark blue material reminding him of the night sky. A sturdy cape matched the flexable suit, a pair of boots to close the costume together.

"Well R32, looks like we'll be going back to Meriace City sooner than we thought."

The sun was setting as Sylistico flew from the icy area now known as his Sanctuary of Isolation but he was determined to reach Loaine before she fell asleep. The wind made his new cape fly out behind him and his hair whip about, probabaly messing it up. Sylistico couldn't think of a reasonable answer for Loaine to do such a thing, whether she knew about the dangers or not. But she's like that, he thought to himself, she does things without thinking and takes the consequenses later.

The small town of Skritstown came into view, families big and small enjoying the moon's light. Sylistico was about to head to the city when a squeal caught his attention. Flying down to the small square, Sylistico saw a little girl with blonde hair, much like his own, run up to a woman, her small frame in a light blue dress. Her brown hair was in a messy side braid, the look elegant yet casual, and the little girl hugged her tightly as they talked excitedly before a little boy with black hair ran up.

It was then that Sylistico recognized the woman and the older woman who was with her as Loaine and Lilian. He stepped into the shadows of the night, his suit blending in with him. He watched as another woman joined the group, obviously the mother of the children. The group ate and talked together, Loaine interacting with the children, a smile on her face the entire time. Soon it was time for them to leave and the children took turns saying goodbye to Loaine and Lilian. The family walked out first and Sylistico watched as Lilian said something to Loaine making her scoff, her cheeks coming to life with a pink tint.
