CHAPTER 26

THIRD PERSON POV

Everyone watched as Theo approached Yoongi, the latter being nervous when he realized who it was. Theo just stared at the younger one, but Yoongi kept his eye contact. After what felt like hours, Theo nodded and clapped him on the shoulder.

"Nice you meet you," he said with a small smile before going back to his daughter laying in the bed. Everyone was shocked, but Yoongi just let out the breath he was holding and finally looked at the love of his life. Sniffing, Yoongi went to the opposite side of the bed as Theo.

"Have there been any updates? We were only told a little of what happened," Yoongi said softly as he picked up Em's hand.

"Emmeline is currently in a coma. Her brain has slight swelling still," Theo said quietly reaching forward to brush non-existent hair out of his daughter's eyes.

"Emmeline?" Tae asked roughly. He had been fighting the urge to cry and his throat felt tight.

"That's her legal name," Sejin told them all quietly and the boys just nodded.

So, for the next week the boys spent time with Emmeline and her father. They heard about the childhood stories of mischief and embarrassment. They shared with Theo their stories with Em. After the week, the boys had to return to Korea.

"I don't want to go," Yoongi admitted to the rest of the guys. They all looked at him sadly, also not wanting to leave.

"We will be able to move Emmeline to Korea in the next week or so, as long as the rest of her tests come back clear," Theo assured them. Yoongi bit his lip and just looked at Em, still hooked up to the respirator and all the wires and tubes still connected.

"Don't worry Yoongi-hyung, we will be with her again soon," Jungkook assured him, placing a hand on his arm. Yoongi just nodded and turned to follow them out the door. In the hallway stood Ji Hoo and Hyun Bin along with the Em's security team, Sejin and BangPD.

"I am leaving the private jet here to help transport Em to Korea next week," BangPD was telling them all. Everyone nodded listening carefully. The boys were relieved to hear that Em would be back with them in Korea, one way or another.

"Since the tour is ending, my family needs me to come home," Cho Sung Hwan admitted quietly but with a trace of guilt.

"No, don't worry about it. Em would understand," Theo said from the doorway to her room. He was exiting to join them when he heard. Theo sent a reassuring smile to the man. "Go, if you need to. I am here and Ji Hoo and Hyun Bin will be here with us as well." The couple nodded their heads.

"I will stay as well," everyone turned to look at Siwon. The shy security guard looked at them determined.

"So will I," Ha Jun said. "My wife and kids have already told me to stay with her as long as needed." Do Hyeon stepped forward and placed a hand on his shoulder.

"I'm staying, too." BangPD smiled at them and nodded his head. So, the boys went back to Korea with BangPD and Sejin. They felt uneasy, but Theo and Em's best friends promised to keep them updated.

"She is all-cleared to travel to Korea. Your CEO has hired a travelling medical team to accompany the flight. Since it is a long flight," the doctor informed them. The group of men nodded.

Siwon had been helping as much as the rest, which had surprised them. The once shy guard was now fully involved with EM's daily care. No one knew his motivation at first but accepted his change and dedication.
