"You have me hacking into high school cams? You waste my talent." Zoe rolled her eyes as she reluctantly started to get to work.

"Please, Zo, I don't want the sass right now." Douxie groaned, rubbing his face in worry. Most of the group was looking around the back room in awe, but the trollhunter and wizards stood near the technomancer as she worked with the screen in front of her.

"Hey, I'm doing it, aren't I?" the pink haired girl tried to laugh, really hoping to lift the mood if only a little. She knew how worried her friend was so she did her best to work fast. "And~ I'm in. What cams do we need?" Zoe asked, gaining the other three's attention fast.

"The main office, principle Levit's office if possible." Claire said, leaning over the other witches shoulder, but Zoe didn't mind. She typed a few things as a group of five recordings came up under the "main office" name. The screen was big enough to watch all five so Zoe didn't bother to narrow it down any more.

"Damn, you're good." Toby complimented as the tech witch leaned back to let all of them see the screens. Zoe smiled, almost a smirk at the comment but didn't say anything. Toby was seething in his own rage just like the others, but he did well to hide it for the time being.

They watched the cams for a while, Zoe had already set it to the right time, but nothing seemed out of place. Soon, the cams showed the three teens walk into the main office and they all got called back together. Toby was about to voice his confusion but the camera in Levit's office went static.

"Whoa, what the?" Zoe leaned forward to try and fix the screen but nothing worked. "Dammit." she cursed under her breath as she continued to try to fix it. The three teens soon walked into the office they couldn't see as the other cameras lost sight of them.

"Zo?" Douxie wasn't sure what was happening as he leaned over her shoulder with worry. They couldn't hear anything until a growl seemed to rattle the cams as the visuals shook.

"That was definitely Jimbo." Toby gritted his teeth as they watched the receptionist jump back in fear from the noise. A moment went by as Zoe still tried to fix the visuals of the one camera as the one in the main office went static as well. The commotion caught the others' attention and they watched from a distance to see what they could.

"Dammit, what the hell?" Zoe hissed in frustration as she tried to fix both screens now. A second later, both screens went from static to black to back on, but nothing was there. Nothing but the receptionists looking absolutely terrified for her life as she shook in her seat. "fu^k, they covered their tracks. I got nothing." the tech wizard sighed in defeat and crossed her arms.

"Nothing? You can't get those files back?" Toby asked, distressed and concerned. Zoe shook her head with a scowl at whoever these guys were.

"There are no files to recover. They completely blacked out the cams, unplugged or disconnected, they weren't recording during these times." she explained, trying not to get mad at them.

"They had to have gotten in at some point. Try reversing to when these kidnappers arrived." Mary spoke up from behind them. The four turned around to look at her as she spoke but Zoe was the first to turn back around and start working again.

"Good thinking, Mar." Claire smiled through her worry but she was truly thankful for the Asian at the moment. It took a little while to reverse the footage but they eventually found the time in which the culprits were caught on film. Toby, Zoe, Douxie and Archie all tensed at the sight of the short woman in army green, but the others were left a little confused.

"Um, . is that the government?" Eli asked, his voice cracking as he spoke unsurprisingly. Archie let out a growl as he shifted to his dragon form on his familiar's shoulders. Said wizard's grip tightened around the chair Zoe was sitting in before the force put a dent in it.
