FRAGMENTED LOVE

28 11 4

My hands are trembling, from the cold winter night,
But I'll still write your name perfectly,
while looking at your picture by my side.
My wrist aching, my eyes tired.
My mind is in shackles,
chained to the core by barbed wires.

Sitting alone, looking at the stars above,
trying to bind the pieces of our fragmented love.
Our love was the most unexpected one,
But beautiful nevertheless.
You completed me, but now my love will
remain incomplete.

Can your love ever be complete?
When even complete is incomplete without 'me'.
I still wish for you from the god in the sky above,
But as of now, I am trying to
bind the pieces of our fragmented love.
