Chai Son woke up when he heard movement outside the tent and concerned about his bike he crept out of bed, pulled on his jeans and walked outside to find one of the camp site staff preparing the barbecue.
"huh can I help you?" Chai Son asked the guy.
"I'm so sorry for waking you sir, I wanted to have the barbecue ready for you to use" the guy replied.
"thank you, that's very kind of you but I'll take it from here" Chai Son said.
"are you sure sir, it's all part of our service?" the site employee said.
"very sure but thank you"
"very well then, when you're done just pull the lid down and if I don't see you again, thank you for staying with us" the guy said before walking to his van which was filled with supplies for the other tents.
Running across to the bathroom he used the toilet then after washing his hands he went to the kitchen to make two coffees before carrying them back to their tent leaving his coffee outside and taking the other one inside for Kallan.
"mmm something smells good" Kallan said as he opened his eyes.
"good morning cutie" Chai Son said placing the mug down and leaning over for a kiss.
"good morning, thank you for the coffee" Kallan said sitting up in the bed.
"breakfast will be ready soon" Chai Son said.
"can I help?" Kallan offered.
"nope, just relax baby while you have the chance"
Chai Son went back outside and started to fry bacon in a pan he had brought from the kitchen, the smell permeating the air around him and drifting into the tent. Maybe it was the fresh air but Kallan was suddenly ravenous so climbing out of the bed he pulled on his jeans and tee shirt before walking outside and taking his coffee with him.
"oh hey baby, breakfast won't be long now" Chai Son said as he cut the tomatoes and placed them in the pan then turned the bacon.
Kallan watched as Chai Son set the small table and cut a couple of slices of the crusty bread then he expertly cracked the eggs into the pan with the bacon and tomatoes.
"over easy?"
"mmm, yes please" Kallan said smiling.
"as good as done baby" Chai Son said and after another few minutes he was plating up their cooked breakfast.
"you are a really good cook Chai Son" Kallan said.
"thank you, I do my best" he smiled.
"so what's on the agenda today?" Kallan asked as he chewed his food.
"mmm it's a surprise" Chai Son replied.
"I could get used to this" Kallan said.
"that's what I'm hoping for baby" Chai Son answered.
They finished their breakfast quickly then after lowering the lid on the grill and washing their dishes, they both walked across to the showers to wash themselves and when they returned to the tent all that was left for them to do was pack up their things and leave.
Soon they were on the road again and after about an hour they arrived at a riding stable. They both went inside and greeted the receptionist who told them that they were a little early for their trip so they had time to freshen up in the bathroom and they were given a key to a locker where they could stash their belongings.
