Since his engagement became official, Kallan had been advised by his future father in law to hire a bodyguard and after going to the best people at KJ Security he was introduced to a guy called Phon Panapakussum.
The guy wasn't much taller than he was but Kallan had been assured by the head of security that he was highly trained in self defence and was more than capable of protecting him in any given situation.
They had spent some time in each other's company and when Kallan decided they would be able to get along he had hired him.
"this is all new to me, I've never bothered with security before so please don't hesitate to tell me if I make any mistakes" Kallan said to his new bodyguard.
"yes sir" Phon replied.
"you don't have to call me sir, just call me Kallan"
"yes Kallan and please call me Phon" the bodyguard said.
"have you been in this line of work long?" Kallan asked him.
"since leaving school, my mum and dad have a small restaurant and it gets a bit rowdy sometimes so I used to help my dad expel anyone who was disturbing the other diners" Phon replied.
"ow, I'd like to go there sometime" Kallan said.
"it might not be the kind of place your used to Kallan" Phon replied giving a pleasant smile.
"nonsense, I'd love to go" Kallan insisted.
"then ... I'll be sure to take you one day" Phon replied.
Chai Son had returned to his house a few days prior but he and Kallan still talked every day and Kallan was driving up there this weekend.
He and Ransini had come to an agreement regarding the factory and the sale would be rushed through by then, it was amazing how fast you could make things happen when you offered financial incentives.
He had to meet the existing staff to reassure them that their jobs were safe and explain his future plans in the hope that they were all on board then he would give them the choice of staying with him or a paid redundancy but he had the feeling they all would stay, it was an exciting new project and he was sure they would enjoy it more than the work they were doing now.
Kallan sat in his office and stared at the computer screen, he had finally found the time to research Kao Kappanajong, it seemed his family were quite well to do but he couldn't really find anything other than a smattering of old wedding photographs that had been published in magazine articles at that time.
His estranged wife was very beautiful but to be honest, Kao didn't look very happy in his wedding photos, on the contrary he looked as if he didn't want to be there.
Sighing and a little bit frustrated that he couldn't find out anything more, Kallan decided to look at the photographs he had taken of the factory again and became so preoccupied with his thoughts, he didn't hear the raised voices outside his office.
Phon had been standing guard outside Kallan's door when he watched as a handsome man walked towards him. He wore dark pants and shirt with a striped blazer and his dark brown hair was perfectly styled.
He had clear skin, pretty eyes and the most luscious lips Phon had ever seen, the kind of lips that made you want to taste them, the kind of lips that you imagined wrapped around your ...
"I'm here to see Kallan Japithawit" the visitor said reaching for the door handle.
"do you have an appointment?" Phon had asked him grabbing his wrist.
