Chapter 10 ~ the morning after ~

~ intro for those who skipped Chapter 9 ~

He looked down at Kallan who had fallen asleep in his arms and he smiled, he'd fallen in love with him the first time they had met and now he just needed Kallan to say he felt the same and that they could continue to see one another and all would be right in his world.

As much as he wanted to fall asleep himself he slid out of bed to get a wash cloth and cleaned Kallan up before slipping him into a clean pair of shorts then he got a quick wash himself and climbed back into bed beside his lover.

He turned off the lamp then wrapped his arms around his little monkey, the parcel should arrive tomorrow to finish working on Kallan's car and then what?

Would he stay another night or would he be so anxious to leave that he would drive away in the afternoon?

Would he agree for them to become a couple or would he say that he'd had fun but let's end it here?

Chai Son didn't want to think about it, the thoughts made him feel nauseous and all he could now was hope that Kallan would decide that he wanted to keep seeing him, he'd already laid his cards out on the table so there was nothing more he could do.

He kissed Kallan on his forehead and whispered goodnight before closing his eyes and allowing sleep to comfort him.

Chai Son woke up the following morning to the sound of someone rapping on his door then climbing out of bed he pulled on his jeans and rushed to see who it was slowing a little when he saw a delivery van parked outside of his gate.

"morning, I've got a delivery for you" the courier said.

"great, thanks man" Chai Son said as he leaned over to sign on the couriers hand held device with his finger.

"nice car you've got there" the courier nodded towards the mercedes in the yard.

"yes, it is a beautiful car but unfortunately the more sophisticated something is, the more things can go wrong with them" Chai Son replied.

"true but if you can afford something like that, you can afford  to get it fixed when it breaks down" the guy replied.

"mmm" Chai Son said evasively as the courier walked back to his van checking out the merc' as he passed it.

"so you think I'm dumb for driving a luxury car?" a voice sounded behind him.

"no, of course not" Chai Son replied turning around and smiling at Kallan

"that's sure what it sounded like"

"I said it was a beautiful car and it is" Chai Son defended himself.

What the hell? waking up this morning wasn't supposed to be like this? they should have woken up in bed together and kissed and maybe made love again then he would have got up and ran a bath for his baby.

"how are you feeling this morning?" Chai Son asked while trying to get things back on track.

"I'm fine" Kallan replied.

"should I draw you a bath?" Chai Son offered.

"no thanks, I can manage" Kallan said.

"can I get a hug then?" Chai Son asked smiling.

"sure" Kallan said walking towards him.

Chai Son waited until Kallan got closer before reaching out and pulling him into his embrace,
