Meanwhile, Catra sleeps at the foot of Adora's bunk in the Horde barracks. Adora tosses and turns.
Velocity was asleep on the bunk above them,her wings spread out and flopped down each side of the bunk creating curtains for her two friends.
Velocity twitched in her sleep as she had a weird dream
Someone was calling her name.
Adora grunts in her sleep.
"Adora. Velocity. Adora!"
Adora gasps as she opens her eyes.
Adora jolts up and looks around. She smiles at Catra sleeping, then gently eases herself out of bed.
Velocity's ears flick hearing Adora and she sits up to see the blonde getting up.
Catra opens one eye as she walks away. Adora exits the room and Catra appears.
Velocity follows as Catra follows behind her.
"Hey, where are you going?"Catra said as she walked to Adora.
Velocity stood next to her,her blue eyes looked at Adora in understanding.
"Back to the woods. There's something I need to figure out."Adora said.
"What? You're not--"Catra said.
Adora covers Catra's mouth as a robot passes.
"What is wrong with you? You've been acting weird since we got back. Are you sure you're not brain damaged?"Catra asked.
"Look Catra, I know I saw something out there. It's ju- I just need to get another look. It feels important somehow."Adora said.
"Sounds good. Let's go."Catra said.
"No. I don't want you getting in trouble on my behalf. Just cover for me okay? I'll be back before anyone knows I'm gone."Adora said.
"I'm coming to, whatever it is I feel the same you are feeling to,plus I can fly which means I can get us back quicker."velocity smiled cockily as Catra poured and playful punched velocity's arm.
Adora smiled at the draconian before nodding.
"Adora! Adora!"Catra yelled through gritted teeth"velocity"
Timeskip.
Velocity walked with Adora through the foliage of the Whispering woods.
"So what did you dream about?"Adora asked as she pushed through a large green plant.
"it was weird,I was in this field and I could hear someone calling my name,I heard this roar and saw what looked like a dragon."Velocity said"but it didn't feel right,it felt scary but then another one come and scare it away and that one felt calm,I walked through the field before seeing the gauntlets and before I could touch them they were gone."
