Jungkook got to the house, phone on his ear.

“I need to meet you in the kitchen,” he said into the phone as soon as the person picked up and then ended the call. He ran up to his floor and headed to the kitchen. He spotted a sleepy and surprised Seokjin there.

“What happened? Do you need me to wake the others up?” Seokjin asked confusedly. It wasn’t the first time Jungkook would wake them up in the middle of the night, needing to take a care of something.

“No,” Jungkook shook his head: “Taehyung’s in jail.”

“What?!” Seokjin nearly yelled.

“I don’t have time to explain but you need to go get him before they can call Yoongi since he is definitely his emergency contact,” the boss explained. Seokjin was the only person who knew about him and Taehyung and who he trusted with everything.

“Jeongguk what the fuck happened!” Seokjin glared at him.

“Nothing serious, just go, for fuck’s sake!” Jungkook snapped: “I am gonna call our guy at the police department, Taehyung will be out in a while after I pull some strings.”

“We are gonna talk about this later!” Seokjin pointed at him but he was already on his way. He had no idea what happened but the priority number one was to get Taehyung out of the jail.

When he got to the police station, the blonde was already waiting for him.

“Thanks,” Seokjin nodded curtly at one police officer. Jungkook had his connections everywhere, some of them at the Seoul police department so it wasn’t really hard for him to pull some strings. It happened numerous times in the past.

“Care to explain what happened?” Seokjin asked when they got into his car outside.

“What did Jungkook tell you?” the younger just asked quietly. He knew Jeongguk would get him out soon, he trusted him so the whole situation didn’t really shake him up that much.

“Nothing,”

“Well then it’s not my place to tell you, he is the boss,” Taehyung shrugged, looking out of the window.

“What the fuck did he do to you?” Seokjin breathed out, glancing at the younger, completely taken aback by his casual behaviour. Why was he covering for Jungkook? Why wasn’t he upset about spending an hour in jail at all?

“He did nothing, just go home, please, I am tired,” Taehyung sighed, resting his head against the cold window. He was just happy that Jeongguk was safe.

“Are you okay?” Jungkook rushed to him, asking quietly when Seokjin and Taehyung entered the kitchen. He grabbed the younger’s cheeks, examining his face.

“I am fine,” Taehyung smiled reassuringly.

Seokjin was just watching the scene in complete shock, surprised by the unexpected tenderness between them but before he could say anything, they heard footsteps coming towards the kitchen. Jungkook stepped away from Taehyung just in time before Yoongi came inside.

“Care to explain why the fuck police called me that my little brother is in jail?” Yoongi roared, glaring at his brother.

“I-“ Taehyung gaped, not knowing how to get out of it. Jungkook tensed next to him. He didn’t know the police called Yoongi before Seokjin got there.

“I won’t repeat myself again, Taehyung, tell me why the fuck were you caught speeding on Jungkook’s motorcycle!” Yoongi looked between the pair, furious. Everyone in the room tensed, expecting that this was it, this was when Yoongi would find out about his little brother and the boss.
