In the dimming light of the approaching Quidditch match, Ophelia sought out Sebastian, her heart filled with both excitement and concern.

"Sebastian, good luck out there," Ophelia said, her voice laced with genuine care. She leaned in, pressing a soft kiss against his lips.

Sebastian grinned, the thrill of the upcoming game evident in his eyes. "I'll make you proud, Ophelia. Watch me soar."

As the Quidditch pitch unfolded, the Gryffindor team proved formidable, attempting to throw Sebastian off his game with every tactic they had. Bludgers soared through the air, narrowly missing him as he expertly dodged and weaved.

Sebastian, fueled by determination, retaliated by slamming into Gryffindor players, showcasing his unmatched skill. The Slytherin team, inspired by their star player, began pulling ahead in points.

The intensity reached its peak, but Gryffindor's desperation led them to unsportsmanlike tactics. Bludgers aimed at Sebastian, and Gryffindor players attempted to knock him off his broom. However, Sebastian's agility prevailed, earning Slytherin crucial points.

Sebastian's coordination with his fellow Chasers was impeccable, creating opportunities for precise shots on Gryffindor's hoops. The opposing Keeper strained to block the relentless onslaught, but Slytherin's offense proved too potent.

As the match reached its climax, Sebastian orchestrated a final, breathtaking play. A clever feint left Gryffindor's Keeper momentarily disoriented, and Sebastian seized the opportunity, sending the Quaffle soaring through the lowest hoop. The Slytherin seeker catches the snitch and their supporters erupted in cheers as their team secured a decisive victory.

The Chaser's triumphant descent to the ground marked the end of a thrilling match, with Slytherin emerging victorious over Gryffindor.

After the triumphant victory, the Slytherin team made their way to the locker room. On the journey, they encountered the defeated Gryffindor team, and a heated exchange ensued between Sebastian and Leander Prewett.

Leander Prewett, unable to accept defeat gracefully, couldn't resist a parting shot.

"Enjoy your moment, Sallow, but everyone knows it's just luck. Gryffindor will have its revenge," Prewett sneered.

Sebastian's eyes flashed with irritation. "Luck had nothing to do with it. Slytherin is just the superior team."

Prewett chuckled condescendingly. "Superior? You're just lucky you have that bitches favor. Without her, you'd be nothing. Remember how you were playing before she even got here? Not nearly as good."

Sebastian's fists clenched, and a dangerous glint appeared in his eyes.

"What did you say?" Sebastian's voice was low, seething with anger.

Prewett grinned maliciously. "You heard me. Slytherin's star player is nothing but a pet project of a stuck up Slytherin whore. Pathetic, really. I bet I could win against you, if I used her pale ass as my own lucky charm."

Sebastian's restraint shattered. Without a second thought, he swung at Prewett, and chaos ensued. Punches were exchanged, and it took Ophelia's urgent intervention to break them apart.

"Stop it, both of you!" Ophelia's eyes flashed with concern as she assessed the damage. The arrival of teachers marked the end of the brawl, resulting in detention for both combatants.

Later that evening, in the aftermath of the fight, Ophelia tended to Sebastian's wounds. They sat in the quiet of the Room of Requirement, the flickering candlelight casting shadows on their faces.

"Why did you fight, Sebastian?" Ophelia asked, her gaze unwavering.

Sebastian sighed, his eyes reflecting a mix of regret and frustration. "He insulted you, Ophelia. I couldn't let him get away with it. I won't tolerate anyone disrespecting you."

Ophelia's heart swelled with warmth. "Sebastian, you don't have to fight for me. I can handle myself."

"I know," he replied smiling, gently taking her hand. "But sometimes, I can't help it. You mean too much to me."

"What exactly did he say? I didn't hear anything of it."

Sebastian looked at her as if he's been hurt with those words himself.

"It was actually really stupid, he called me your pet project, calling you a stuck up Slytherin whore."

"And that's why you fought him?" Her face was deadpanned looking at him like he was the stupidest man alive.

"Oh no, it was the fact that he said he'd win against me, if he had your ass as his lucky charm. No one gets to talk about your beautiful ass except for me." There it was, his stupid smile again, smiling through the pain of once again getting into detention.

Ophelia grimaced wanting to vomit by even thinking about laying her finger on Leander Prewett.

"At least your back to normal.", Ophelia smirked.

"What's that supposed to mean."

"Well you didn't get into one single detention since the school year startet, I was starting to get worried."

As they sat in the aftermath, laughing about where their conversation went, their bond grew stronger, tested and proven in the heat of the moment.
