As Ophelia looked for Sebastian, her heart swelled with emotion, and an irrepressible smile graced her lips. Spotting him engrossed in conversation with Adam, she couldn't contain her excitement any longer.

With determination in her stride, she hurried over, gently tugging at Sebastian's hand to pull him away from the lively crowd.

Sebastian, caught off guard by Ophelia's sudden urgency, allowed himself to be led behind a nearby curtain. As soon as they were hidden from view, Ophelia threw her arms around his neck, capturing his lips in a passionate kiss. The warmth of his embrace enveloped her, sending shivers down her spine as she melted into the moment.

At first, Sebastian was taken aback by the suddenness of Ophelia's actions, but the intensity of her passion quickly washed away any reservations.

His hands found her waist instinctively, pulling her closer as they lost themselves in the fervor of their kiss. Time seemed to stand still as their lips moved together in perfect harmony, a symphony of longing and desire.

When they finally broke apart, both were left breathless, their hearts pounding with the intensity of their emotions. Sebastian's grin was infectious, his eyes sparkling with warmth as he gazed at Ophelia.

"What did I do to deserve this just now?" he asked, his voice filled with wonder.

Ophelia, her hand still entwined with Sebastian's, couldn't help but smile radiantly as she retrieved his letter from her pocket.

"This, Sebastian. Your letter," she replied, her voice filled with admiration. "It's the most beautiful thing I've ever read."

Sebastian's expression softened, a mixture of joy and tenderness dancing in his eyes. "You've read it?" he asked, his voice barely above a whisper.

Nodding, Ophelia continued, her voice filled with emotion. "Your words mean everything to me. I feel incredibly lucky to have you in my life, especially after reading that letter."

Sebastian reached out, gently brushing a stray lock of hair from Ophelia's face. "I meant every word, Ophelia. I'm glad you read it."

Her smile widened, her eyes shimmering with happiness. "Thank you for making this birthday unforgettable. With the blessings from my parents and that beautiful letter, I feel like the luckiest witch in the world."

Sebastian's grin remained firmly in place as he pulled her into a warm embrace. "You deserve all the happiness, Ophelia. I'll do my best to keep those smiles on your face."

Sebastian's heart swelled with an indescribable warmth as Ophelia spoke, her words washing over him like a gentle tide of love and acceptance. He felt a rush of gratitude flood through him, knowing that she had not only read his letter but had also embraced the sentiments expressed within it.

As he looked into her eyes, Sebastian couldn't help but marvel at the depth of his feelings for her. It was a love that surpassed anything he had ever known, a love that filled him with a sense of wonder and awe. Ophelia was not just any witch; she was a force of nature, her presence was a balm to his soul, a beacon of light in his darkest moments.

Her unwavering belief in him, her unyielding support, had lifted him from the depths of despair and shown him that he was worthy of love and happiness. With her by his side, he felt invincible, as though he could face any challenge that came his way.

Being near her was like basking in the warmth of the sun, her presence radiating a sense of peace and serenity that washed away all his worries and fears. In her arms, he found solace, a refuge from the storm of his past. The weight of his guilt and shame, the burden of his past mistakes, seemed to lift from his shoulders for a bit, leaving him feeling lighter than air.
