The Unexpected Twin

Oliver's POV

I needed to figure out who cursed Y/N and why they would do it. The problem was I had no idea where to even start and then it hit me Cho and Luna! They are her dorm mates! Maybe just maybe they knew something!

Finding Cho would be easy I just had to wait till Quddich practice but Luna on the other hand was gonna be a little more challenging. I ended up finding them both in the library studying together. I quickly wrote them a note asking them to meet me in the Astronomy Tower after Dinner. I really hoped they knew something.

I was about to get ready for Quidditch practice when I heard someone crying by a tree. I looked over to see who it was and there was Y/N. I quickly ran over and kneeled in front of her. I grabbed her hands and she hit me. "Hey. Hey. Hey. It's okay! It's just me!" I said in a calm tone. She looked up at me and threw herself into me wrapping her arms around my neck. I grabbed her waist and rubbed her back.

"Shhhh it's okay." I whispered as she cried into my shoulder. "I'm here now and I'm not going anywhere." Quidditch could wait. Y/N was more important. Y/N stopped crying but she was still shaking. I kept rubbing her back. "Are you okay now?" I asked her as I looked into her eyes. She nodded. "Do you wanna talk about it?" I asked.

She pressed her forehead head against mine. "He won't leave me alone Oli." She said fearfully. "He thinks I'm some important person to him but I have no idea who he is!" She was talking about Fred. This is a lot more intense than I thought. I had to figure this out. I can't stand to see her in so much pain and fear.

We got up and interlocked our fingers as we headed to Quidditch practice. I was kinda worried about how she would react with Fred being there but I guess we will see.

I kissed her head as she headed up to the stands. I walked into the locker room to change and I notice the only other person in there is Fred.

"Hey Wood! We need to talk!" He said as soon as he saw me. I could tell this wasn't going to be good. "What is it Weasley?" I asked as I took off my sweater and opened my locker. "You need to back off Y/N." He said as he walked towards me. "Sorry mate but that's not happening." I said as I started to change into my practice uniform. "You know as well as I do that something is wrong with her and I'm gonna be the one to figure it out and make her remember me!" He said as he closed his locker.

"Mate listen. The only thing 'wrong' with Y/N is a little trauma she got from her family on break. Nothing is 'wrong' with her. She is perfect and I will do anything to protect her!" I said as I slammed my locker shut.

"You are blinded by desire Wood! You know it's not love like you claim! You know she lost her memories of me and I think you might have something to do with it and if I find out that's true you can start counting your days Wood!" He said facing me. He was a lot taller than me but it didn't intimidate me.

"You can keep dreaming. Y/N doesn't know who you are and you really need to stop trying so hard. I get it you are upset but this isn't the way to do this. She thinks you are stalking her! She's trying to get her whole schedule changed cause you keep showing up! You are giving her panic attacks! If anyone needs to back off it's you!" I said with a huff as I walked onto the pitch.

I looked at Y/N on the stands and I took a deep breath. Am I doing the right thing? Am I protecting her? Or am I just putting her in more danger? Could she possibly love me while she forgets him? And if we do manage to get her memories back will she still choose me?
