The Good, The Bad And The Evil

Chapter 1

It was a warm and sunny day in New York. Everything seemed quiet and peaceful except the inside of Avengers Tower. The Avengers were having a very heated discussion about what happened on their last mission, which almost ended in disaster. Tony and Steve were in a heated discussion about whose fault it was that the mission almost failed. Tony was blaming Steve for not being a good leader and Steve was blaming Tony for being cocky and arrogant.

Tony tells Steve, "If you had been more of a leader, then the mission wouldn't have almost failed."

Steve replies, "It wasn't me who jeopardized the mission; it was you acting so cocky and arrogant."

Tony and Steve continued to argue.

Then finally, Steve said, "If you think you can be a better leader, then go ahead but I won't be around to see the team fail because of your lack of leadership."

Steve storms off and leaves the tower. Steve was walking in the park when he accidentally bumps into a beautiful blonde-haired woman.

Steve quickly apologies to the woman, "I'm so sorry. I wasn't paying any attention to where I was walking."

The woman smiled and said, "That's ok, no harm done."

The woman recognized that Steve was an Avenger and it made her very nervous because he could interrupt all of her plans.

The woman asked Steve, "You are an Avenger, right? Why are you not with the other Avengers?"

Steve answers, "Yes and No."

The woman asks, "What do you mean by yes and no?"

Steve answers, "It's a long story."

The woman said, "I have the time to listen."

Steve said, "I sort of quit the Avengers at least for now."

Steve said by the way, "My name is Steve Rogers. Who are you?" The woman thought for a moment before answering him.

Then she said, "My name is Crystal Harris."

Steve said. "It's nice to meet you, Crystal."

Crystal thought for a moment. If she could convince Steve to join her with her plan, then she will succeed. Having a former Avenger around could be very useful.

So, she tells Steve, "You are more than welcome to stay with me, if you would like to."

Steve smiles and says "That's alright. I have a place of my own but thank you, just the same."

Crystal said, "Well you could come over to my place and stay for a while. So, we can talk some more."

Steve thought for a moment then said, "I would like to go to your house and visit for a while."

So, Crystal takes Steve to her house.
