Crystal And Steve Go On A Heist

Chapter 4

Crystal stands up and tells Steve that she needs to go and change clothes. This puzzled Steve, he didn't understand why she needed to change clothes. When Crystal came back to the living room, she was wearing a black outfit and gloves.

Steve asks Crystal, "Why are you dressed in all black with black gloves? What's going on?"

Crystal answers, "I always dress like this when I'm going out to do a job."

Steve asks, "What kind of job are we talking about?"

Crystal said, "Don't be so gullible Steve. You know why I'm dressed like this."

Steve looked at Crystal and said, "Yeah, I know. You plan on robbing the bank. Well, I'm not going to be a part of it. You are on your own."

Crystal said, "No, you are going to help me with this job."

Steve said, "And if I refuse, then what? Do you plan on killing me, if I don't do as you want?"

Crystal said, "If I must, then I will because I'm not going to jail for anyone, not even you."

Steve said, "That's where you got all of these things, you stole them and let me guess there is no Micheal's Antique Store, is there?"

Crystal replied, "What do you think?"

Steve said, "I think I need to get out of here and go to the police."

Crystal pulls a gun on Steve and tells him. "You are going to help me do this job or you'll be sorry."

Steve said, "I'm already sorry. I'm sorry that I ever met you."

Crystal and Steve went down to the street and got into Crystal's car. Then they drove to the bank and waited for the right opportunity to go in. While they sat in the car waiting to go in,

Steve asks Crystal, "Why are you doing this? There has to be another way to get what you want without taking from others."

Crystal replies, "No there isn't. I have to do what I can to survive, and this is the only thing left for me. I have no one else to help me."

Steve said, "That's not true. I will be willing to help you, but you have to stop stealing things from others."

Crystal asked Steve, "Has there ever been something that you want so bad but didn't know how to get it?"

Steve just shakes his head no.

Crystal said, "Well, I have, and this is the only way I know how to get it."

Steve said, "You don't have to steal or kill anyone to get what you want."

Crystal said, "I have never killed anyone, and I don't intend to unless I have to protect myself."

Steve said, "So, all of that talk about you killing me was a lie?"

Crystal said, "I don't want to kill you, Steve but I have to protect myself. I can't go to jail, I won't survive."

Crystal drops her head and Steve felt sorry for her, but he couldn't allow her to do this. He knew if he could get her off of the streets then she would be able to make it on her own with his help. Just then Crystal raises her head up and looks at the bank.

Then she tells Steve, "It's time to go."

Crystal puts on a black mask that covers her face except for the eyes. Crystal then hands Steve a mask too. Steve just looks at the mask.

Then Crystal said, "Take it and put it on. That way nobody will know it's you who's helping me."

Steve just looks at Crystal then he finally takes the mask and puts it on. Then Crystal and Steve got out of the car and walked into the bank. Crystal had her gun out and pointed it at the teller.

Crystal said in a deep voice, "Give me all of the money and no one will get hurt."

The teller did as she was told and put all of the money in the bag that Crystal had brought with her. Steve just stood there looking around, when one of the security guards came up trying to shoot Crystal, Steve went into action. He knocks out the security guards, Crystal turns around to see what was going on. She sees Steve standing over the security guards. Once Crystal had the money, she and Steve left the bank and went to her car that was in the alley way. When they were in the car, they removed their masks and took off. Steve thought that Crystal would go back to her apartment, but she didn't. Instead, she went to a cabin in the woods. Steve figured this was where she went after she did her robberies.

Crystal tells Steve, "Get out and go to the cabin."

Steve gets out of the car and goes in behind Crystal. When Steve went into the cabin, he could tell that this was where Crystal spent most of her time. Crystal walks over the table and takes the money out of the bag.

Steve walks over to Crystal then says, "So, this is where you really live and not the apartment."

Crystal answered, "I live at the apartment too. This is where I go after I do a job. Then I go back to the apartment. The apartment manager is none the wiser. All he cares about is getting his money every month, which he does."

Steve said. "Yeah, he gets his money alright and doesn't know that it's stolen money."

Crystal said, "I don't think that he would even care. Just as long as he gets paid."

Crystal looks at Steve and says, "Can you really say that it wasn't exciting and a rush to do something wild. I know that you like the adrenaline rush."

Crystal walks up to Steve and puts her hands on his chest, then she kisses him. Steve found himself kissing her back. Steve knew that he shouldn't give in to her, but he couldn't help himself. He wanted her in the worst way, and he didn't care that she was a criminal. Crystal broke off the kiss.

Then she looks Steve in the eyes and says, "Are you with me or not."

Steve looked Crystal in the eyes and says, "I'm with you all the way,"

Then Steve puts his arms around Crystal and kisses her. It didn't take Steve long before he was robbing banks along with Crystal. Steve had forgotten that he was an Avenger and kept right on robbing banks but neither him or Crystal took a life only the money.
