"Sit still, the TV is going nowhere." Onyx said, holding Summer's arm tightly. She was clipping her nails, but Summer kept dancing and moving around
"Mamaaaa." She dragged with a frown on her face
"Ima turn it off if you don't sit still." Onyx warned and she rolled her eyes
"Girl."
Her nails got cut and she ran around her dad's living room. "My clawssss." She whined and Onyx gave her a mean side-eye
"Summer, let's sit down and watch the show. Daddy is sleeping and you being loud." Onyx inquired, picking her up
"Otay." She sighed
"Your hair." She said, flicking Onyx's raw deep wave human hair in the hair, indicating she liked it
"Aw, baby. Thank you, I love you."
"Wuv you." She cheesed, rubbing her face on Onyx's
Onyx smiled, going to sit on the couch. They watched cartoons for one hour and played with toys for another hour, then Maceon was finally woke
He moped to the living room, seeing them. He picked Summer up with his eyes halfway open and leaned down to kiss Onyx
She closed her eyes, kissing him back. "You gotta go to Grandma house, mama." He told Summer and Onyx raised an eyebrow
"Why she do?"
"Because Daddy and Mommy got a date, ain't that right?" He teased, tickling Summer's stomach
She giggled, moving around. "Yesssss."
"Lemme go get dressed, I love you." He kissed her nose and put her back down while Onyx sat there with a confused expression
"Why the stuck face?" He asked in her ear before kissing it and walking away
"Date!" Summer said enthusiastically as she jumped on couch
"Hush." Onyx pulled her, swinging her onto her lap and turned the TV back on
Maceon did his quick hygiene and started to get dressed. He dressed himself in a blue Denim Tears hoodie and sweatpants with Nike socks and white AirForces
He put on all of his chains that shined in the light and dark, then put on his diamond AP watch and black Van Cleef bracelet
He knew Onyx like the back of his hand, so he knew she was gonna take forever so they hurried and headed out
On the drive there, Summer didn't talk their ears off because she was focused on playing with her toys
They made it to Onyx's parents house and Maceon got the bags while Onyx got Summer
Onyx went in with Summer on her hip and Maceon followed behind
Aaliyah, her mother was standing in the kitchen and put her spoon down, going to get her grandbaby
