I can't believe that my due date is in FOUR DAYS! I just left Polly's house and now I am relaxing on my couch before I go to bed. Thanks to my best friends, I already have basically everything I need for when she comes.
My parents visited last month and they are super excited for baby to be here. They are a little upset that the father isn't present but they said if I need ANYTHING they will be here to help. Hopefully that's not the case because I would hate for them to fly all the way out here.
I groan when I realize that I left my water on the counter. I just got comfortable too! I roll my eyes and struggle to get up. I forcefully grab it and as I go to sit back down I feel a little dribble of pee.
"Shit!" I say as I stand back up and then a bigger wave drops to the floor. I scrunch my face up in disgust, but then stop.
My eyes widen and I stare into space for a second.
My water just broke!
I—as fast as I can—grab my phone and call Polly and June. I tell them what happened and how I need to go to the hospital. They rush here as quickly as possibly and now we are driving to the hospital.
