Sakuatsu - Bus ride home

[A/N Ello everybody how's your day been? Good, good mine was terrible. Anyways here is some sakuatsu. And this is timeskip so you know. Hope you enjoy.]

3rd person POV
It was a Saturday morning where the MSBY team was preparing to go have a practice match against the Adlers.

They got on their bus and started heading for where the practice match was held. It wasn't too long before they arrived at the gym. And while the others were getting their bags Hinata ran to Kaygeyama and hugged him. He almost fell over but Hinata didn't care if he fell or not. He was just happy to see his boyfriend.

The match went well. MSBY won 2-1 sets. But now it was time to go home. So they started packing their bags and heading toward the bus. They boarded the bus and sat in their seats.

Sakusa's POV
We got on the bus and I sat in the back as always. But Miya had to sit next to me. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to seem rude. Instead I just leaned against the window waiting till we get home.

It had only been a few minutes when I felt something on my shoulder. I look over to see Miya had fallen asleep. On my shoulder. I wanted to push him off but he seemed pretty tired so I let him rest.

I think we were about halfway there when Atsumu started waking up. And once he realized he fell asleep on my shoulder he jolted up almost falling off his chair. When he started to calm down he whisper-yelled, "I am so sorry!! I didn't mean to fall asleep on your shoulder!" I was slightly surprised by the apology because it came from Atsumu.

"No, it's fine. I don't care. You seemed really tired anyway." Is what I said in response. "It's fine if I sleep on your shoulder?" He asked. "Yeah like I said I don't care." "Can I go back to sleep then?" "Sure. Go ahead." With that he laid his head on my shoulder trying to go back to sleep. After a minute or two he fell back asleep.

Once we got back from the practice match I look over to Atsumu who is still asleep. So I gently shake him awake. "Atsumu, we're back time to get up." I said softly while still shaking him awake. He groaned a little but started getting up.

Once we were off the bus I started heading to my car. But I heard someone say my name. It was Atsumu. "Omi, can you drive me home. I don't feel like walking all the way there." He said after stopping behind me. "Uhm... sure." "Thank you so much, Omi-omi."

When I got to his house I parked in the driveway and looked over at him. He seemed half asleep. So I got out the car and went to his side and opened the door for him. I woke him up and walked with him to his door.

"You can come in if you want." Atsumu said to me when he opened his front door. "Are you sure?" He looked at me and smiled. "Yes, now come in." We went in and he said he was going to the bathroom and to make myself comfortable.

When he came back he went into the kitchen. "Do you want anything to drink?" I heard him shout from the kitchen. "Uhh... just some water. Thanks." He came back with two cups of water in his hands. He set them on the table and sat down next to me. "No problem."

I ended up staying at his for a little while longer. So we watched a movie on Netflix. It was about halfway into the movie when Atsumu asked, "Is it okay if I lean on your shoulder?" "Uh, yeah sure."

The movie ended and I looked down at Atsumu. Who had fallen asleep again. Instead of waking him up I moved carefully so I could lay down. So with that I fell asleep with Atsumu on top of me.

Atsumu's POV
I woke up in the middle of the night to see that I was on top of Sakusa. He looks so peaceful in his sleep. But unfortunately I have to get up because I have to go to the bathroom. Stupid bladder! I slowly try to get up off of Sakusa. And while doing that I fell off the couch. "Oww!" I hit my head on the table. And with that Sakusa started waking up.

He looked down at me and said, "Are you okay?" "Yeah... I'm fine. What time is it?" I asked. "Uh. One sec." He grabs his phone off the table while I lay on the floor. He looks at the screen and says, "It's 1:34." "Really?" I say. "Yep." As he says that he turns his phone to show me the time. I squint my eyes at the screen and sigh. *sighs dramatically* "Shit. I'll be back." With that I got up and went to the bathroom.

When I got back I saw Sakusa lying down scrolling through his phone. I walked in quietly and laid on top of Sakusa. He looked down at me and said, "Hello." "Hi." Is what I said back. "Hey, Atsumu?" "Hmm." "I know I'm gonna regret asking this but... *sigh* do you want to cuddle?" I was flabbergasted.

Did he just.. did you just.. wha- what is happening. Is this real. Am I in heaven. I must be dreaming. This can't be real.

"Uhh... wha- wha- di- huh what?!" Is all I managed to say. "I mean you don't have to. But you seem really tired so... yeah." I Muttered a small "sure" After about a minute. And after I said that I felt two strong arms wrap around my waist. I immediately melted into the touch and snuggled closer. After a couple of minutes I fell asleep. But I swear I heard Sakusa say something before I fell asleep.

The next morning I woke up to Sakusa still asleep. I got up off of him and went to the kitchen. I started making some eggs when I heard Sakusa say, "おはいよ." (Translation: good morning.) I responded with, "Mornin'." "What'cha making?" He asked. "Just some scrambled eggs. Do you want some?" "Yes, please." He said sounding very excited at the mention of food.

When we finished our breakfast we went to sit down on the couch. Then my phone started ringing. I picked it up and looked at who it was. "Shit!" I yelled after I saw my brother's name on my phone. "I'll be back in a few!" I said before running out onto the back porch. Leaving a very confused Sakusa on the couch.

Sakusa's POV
After Atsumu ran out all I could hear was muffled words. When he came back flopped back onto the couch. "What was that about?" I asked. "It was my brother. He told me call him every night and he gets very worried when I don't." "Okay~ So... I think I'm gonna go home." I said getting off the couch ready to escape this awkward situation.

When I was about to open the door I heard Atsumu say, "Wait." I turned around and he was walking over here. "Um, thanks for driving me home last night." Is what he said. "Oh, uh, you're welcome." I opened the door and took a step outside. I turned around to look at Atsumu and said, "See you at the next practice. Bye." But before I left I quickly gave him a peck on the lips then slammed the door shut. I ran to my car and drove home.

When I got home I slammed the door behind me and went to flop onto the couch. I muttered a quiet "fuck" when my face hit the pillow. "I can't believe I did that." I said while rolling over onto my back. I got up and went to take a shower.

Atsumu's POV
After Sakusa left I just stood there for a few minutes trying to comprehend what just happened. After a little while I went to sit on the couch to think. I think it was about an hour when I finally snapped out of my trance. I don't know why but I decided to go to Omi's house. I seriously don't know what was going through my head at the time.

When I got there I sat in my car for about a minute because I didn't know what I going to say at all. When I got the courage I went up to his door and knocked on it. I heard some shuffling before the door opened revealing a confused Sakusa. "Hi." I said very awkwardly. "Uh, hey." "Can I come in?" I asked obviously nervous. He opened the door all the way and I walked in.

As soon as he closed the door I kissed him. 'Unintentionally.' When I pulled away he pulled me back into another kiss. I was very surprised but kissed him back. When he pulled away he wrapped me in a firm embrace. I obviously hugged him back. "So, do you want to be my boyfriend, Atsumu?" I gave him a small nod and hum.

Sakusa picked me up and took me to the couch. We layed down and just sat there for a while. After about an hour Sakusa put on some movie. So we stayed there cuddling and watching the movie.
