We fell in a hole

Elena's POV:
"How did she lose her powers?" I heard Scott asked I wanted to response but I couldn't I can't wake up I can hear what's going on around me why can't I wake up ?! I felt weak I started screaming mentally
Scott's POV:
Out of no where Liam fell to on his knees screaming "Liam!" I yelled I tried to help him "what happen?" I asked him "I don't know, it just happened" he said confused Deaton walked in " I found something" we told us we followed him into the room where Elena was Liam walked over to her and held her hand "I found a poison running through her veins it's like wolfs bane but for cheetahs" he explain but how did it get into her system "Elena?" I turned to face Elena and Liam but she was still unconscious " I felt her hand move" Liam said "are you sure" stiles asked "yes I'm sure" Liam said "what if she's trying to communicate with you guys and she can't wake up" Deaton told us "I remember when I had those nightmares I couldn't wake up it was a horrible feeling" stiles said "how did you wake up ?" Liam asked him "I kept telling myself it was a dream" he said "what if when Liam started screaming she was trying to reach us they're mates there's a connection" Scott said
*1 hour later*
Liam's POV:
Scott,Stiles and I ended up falling asleep next to Elena but we were all awake by really loud screaming I awake up to see Elena "Elena!" I yelled "Elena! Calm down!" Stiles yelled she calmed down and looked at us confused and then she looked directly into my eyes "who are you ?" she asked no this can't be happening not at this moment this school year has barely began Theo shows up out of nowhere turns out he's an old friend of Scott and stiles "Elena, it's me Liam" I told her "I'm sorry I can't remember all I know is stiles is my cousin and Scott is his best friend " she got up and hugged him "we need Lydia" Scott said "she's with deputy Parrish" Stiles said "Scott where's Allison?" Elena asked "uh lets go kiddo how about we go home and rest" Stiles said dragging her out the door we all decided to go to Stiles house "do I still have my crossbow?" Elena asked "yup it's in your room" stiles said she ran upstairs "cross bow?" I said confused "Allison taught her how to shoot arrows when she would visit beacon hills" Scott told me I walked up to Elena's room "hey" I said as I knocked on the door even though it was opened "hey Leo?" I said confused and that broke my heart "it's Liam" I said softly "oh sorry" she said "come sit down" she patted the empty space on her bed beside her and she had something in her hand "what are you looking at?" I asked her "it's a picture of Lydia,Allison and I they're like sisters to me" she said with the cutest smile on her face she turned to face me and our faces were a few inches apart I leaned in and so did she I cupped her cheeks and kissed her passionately but she pulled away "I'm sorry I barely know you and you probably have a girlfriend" she said standing up "yeah it's you" I said under my breath "what?" She said "umm yeah I do" I told her "omg I'm so sorry now I feel bad she's a lucky girl she must be beautiful tell me about her" she said sitting back down "well she has beautiful hazel eyes, long light brown hair, she loves to play soccer,she's really funny and I love how she can be herself around me" I said smiling at her if only she knew I was talking about her "it's getting late and we have school tomorrow" I told her "you go to beacon hills?" She asked me "Yeah" I told her "well I'll see you tomorrow goodnight"
*next morning*
Still Liam's POV:
I woke up and got ready for school i got on the bus and sat next to Mason "Hey man what's up I heard what happen to Elena is she ok?" He asked "yeah she's fine except that she forgot who I am" I told him "are you serious?" He said shockingly "yeah I can't be able to be around her with her not remember who I am" I told him as we walked off the bus we walked into the school and I saw Scott,Stiles,Malia,Lydia,Kira and Elena "I'll see you during history" I told Mason as I walked away I walked over to the pack and Elena ran over to me and hugged me "Liam!" She yelled as she hugged me tight I hugged her back and pulled away from the hug to kiss her "Hey! That's my little cousin" I heard Stiles say "Elena you remember who I am?" I asked her confused "of course you're my boyfriend" she said as nothing happened I walked over to Scott and Stiles "what happened?" I asked them "we don't know she just woke up and happened to remember everything" Stiles explained "but she didn't get her powers back" Scott added the bell rang and it was the second day of their senior year while Elena,Mason and I are sophomores school went by quick Elena still sat next to Theo for the project Stiles thinks there's something weird about him after school I over heard Stiles and Scott talking about Theo I went to go tell Elena "let's go with stiles" Elena suggested we ran out the doors into Stiles car Elena had extra keys Stiles jumped into his car "what's this" I asked him holding up two papers "AHHH ! Liam you scared me" he said "answer his question" Elena said to stiles "Oh my god Elena not you too" Stiles said he started the car and followed Theo "Why are we following Theo?" Elena asked "Stiles doesn't trust him" I answered her "there's something weird about that kid" Stiles said we hopped off the car and followed Theo

Elena's POV:

Liam was following his scent I miss using my senses Liam and stiles kept going on about something "what if he try's to stab me with something sliver! What if ..." And Liam grabbed onto me and we fell in a hole "what the heck Liam" I yelled at him he just gave me that goofy smile and we started laughing "what the hell are you guys doing" stiles told us "stop screwing around" he said running away Liam jumped out and then helped me we followed him "did you get his scent ?" Stiles asked Liam "yeah he's sad ,it's more like grief" Liam said we looked over to Theo as he dropped a flower into the pond "we have to go" Stiles grabbed us and rushed us out of the woods "what are you guys doing here?" Theo jumped right in front of us I got my bow ready and Liam transformed I've notice that he's learning to control himself Scott says because I'm there but I'm not sure "really Elena I thought we were friends" he told me stepping closer "come on Elena we know you wouldn't you're just human" he told me "you have no idea" I said making my eyes glow "that's not possible I didn't get a scent from you" he said stepping back then he just ran away "how did you do that I thought you lost your powers" Liam asked me "I don't have them I can only make my eyes glow no claws or anything else" I told him we walked to Stiles's jeep and Scott arrived "find anything?" Scott asked "nope" Stiles said walking to his jeep "I fell in a hole" Liam said "we fell in a hole" I said correcting Liam

AUTHOR'S NOTE:
I hope you guys liked that update I tried to relate it to the new episodes but since I started the update before Monday it was hard they're will be more to it on the next update and according to the season 5 trailer I guess it's official that one girl I don't know her name the one that keeps messing with Liam will become his love interest I cried a little when I found out anyways have a nice day don't forget to vote and comment 👍🏻
