I sat with Sunhi in a lowly lit restaurant/ bar. We were "secretly" celebrating my birthday. I didn't tell the others only for the reason I didn't want to make it a big deal, I don't like my birthday, but Sunhi bribed me with food.
Sunhi insisted that if I wasn't celebrating with them then I have to celebrate with her. We sat in the corner next to a window and chatted. We already ate dinner so, I told her about the thing that happened with Hyunjin during my live.
"He's acting weird." I commented. "Doesn't he always act weird?" Sunhi ask sipping her soju. Practically bragging that she's 21 and I'm not.
"Sounds like he likes you, especially by saving you from the hate comments." She conjured up her own explanation.
"I hope not," I glared at she laughed.
"Do you want to know what I got you for your birthday?" She asked thankfully changing the subject.
"I told you I don't want anything, my parents gave me money and that's all I need." She sighed and stared searching her bag.
"Relax, I didn't get you something. I made it instead." She pulled out a dark wooden box. It held 4 bracelets in the box.

"You get one green & blue and I get a green & a blue. They're friendship bracelets." I smiled quickly putting them on. They're both our favorite colors.
"Thank you, I've never owned one before but I've seen them in stores."
I obsess over the way it looks on my wrist, showing her. We take a picture together and I post the ones she took of me. We continue sitting in the restaurant for a while but then we decide to walk to a nearby convenience store. The summer air of the night was refreshing.
We walked into the store and greet the clerk. We start to walk around for a while just to look at snacks we may want, then I think of the guys. I get my phone from my pocket and call Chan.
"Hello, Kim, are you okay?"
"Of course, Chan do you guys want anything from the convenience store?"
I ask grabbing some snacks to create a snack drawer for my room.
"Uh, sure just get something we all like." He said and I nodded forgetting he can't see me.
"Yea okay, I'll see you later." He agreed and hung up.
5 minutes later I got a text each of them sending a list of what they want. I sighed, but laughed. They are extremely funny if they think I'm buying all of it.
By the end of the shopping, Sunhi's hands were full of snacks, ice cream, soda, and candy. Sunni was a little annoyed but she tried not to complain.
We made it to the dorms and I had to knock using my head, which hurt a little and I'm pretty sure some brains cells fell out but I think I will be fine.
The door opened and all of them were in the living room sitting around playing games.
They all stood up and started yelling at me. "Guys calm down, what's wrong?" I was somewhat confused when I asked.
"How could you not tell us it was your birthday?" Jeongin demanded, and I tilted my head at him.
"How did you know about that?" I say a putting down the bags in the kitchen while Sunhi puts the ice cream in the freezer.
"Hyunjin showed us your Instagram, he was stalking you." Seungmin blurted, Hyunjin elbowed him and he clutched his arm in pain.
Sunhi cracked a smile and lowly said, "told you."
"Well- I,"
"Her parents already make it a big deal, that's why she doesn't like celebrating it." Sunhi sighed as she sat down.
"You could've just said so." Hyunjin grumbled and I rolled my eyes.
"Did you at least have fun?" Felix and Bang Chan asked in unison.
"Nothing too crazy, so one of my best birthday's." I confirmed but Sunhi jumped up in protest.
"I feel like we could've done more, next year you're getting drunk." I laughed and sat next to her.
"Hey, at least you got to celebrate with her." Han shot back.
"Yeah don't complain." Minho agreed with him.
"Did you actually buy us all those snacks?" I nodded to Hyunjin's question.
"I'll pay you back, they thought it'd be a sensible way to get back at you, making you buy so much." Chan said getting out his phone.
"Nothing they do is sensible Chan, you have to remember that, fight the dementia." Chan glared at Minho as we all held back our laughter.
"It's okay Chan, you don't need to." I said. Sunhi popped up in shocked silence.
"It's not okay, my arms still hurt, pay me back." She sarcastically sobbed and we all broke out in laughter.
Everyone was spending time in the living room devouring snacks, playing Among Us, and talking to each other. I'm thankful that Sunni gets comfortable with them as well as I do.
I feel that she is similar to Han mainly due to the fact that they are both soft-spoken when you first get to know them, then incredibly passionate and assertive when the two are used to you.
Later I waved my goodbye to Sunhi as she left going to her dorm. I helped Lee Know and Chan tidy up whilst the rest of the little ones left to get ready for bed.
Bang Chan said to go to sleep as soon as we get in our rooms because we have a packed schedule tomorrow. I took a shower and got into bed but not before texting Sunhi.

Kyoko: Goodnight, I really appreciated the birthday dinner and the friendship bracelets.
Unni: no prob, i had fun making them also Hyunjin def likes you.
Kyoko: Sunhi, no. he thinks I'm annoying.
Unni: have you read fictional books before or watched any movies/TV shows with romance in them?
Kyoko: Yes, I read books and I watch TV, but what does that have to do with this?
Unni: i don't believe you do
Unni: one of the most used trope for romance is enemies to lovers which is literally what you guys are
Kyoko: I never called us enemies, so you're wrong and I've read storied like that
Kyoko: sometimes you confuse me Kim, are you doing this on purpose or do you really not see it
Kyoko: See what? There's nothing to see. He's weird around me and I ignore him, as simple as that
Unni: okay sure, so he definitely wasn't staring at you the whole time we were in the living room.
Kyoko: I don't think he was deliberately staring, maybe just looking for something and it looked like he was staring
Unni: you're just choosing not to see it, and i'm too tired to debate this, goodnight and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!🥳🥳🥳🥳🩵🩵🩵🩵
