Izuku Yagi: the batman beyond

The Calm Before The Storm

As the city burns round his Izuku runs through the street fending off villains and jokers from attacking civilians. He continues moving even when out of breath he continues pushing himself to continue. This was until a billboard screen suddenly switched on revealing the joker sitting at a desk chair in what looked to be Bruce's office at wayne enterprise

The Joker: “hello world guess who’s back now things have certainly changed since uncle j took a well deserved break Quirks, heroes and all that bla bla bla but now i'm back and it’s time to have some real fun so if you want to get nuts then let's get nuts Ow and before i forget if any other heroes like those Justice slugs try and come to Japan to restore bormality then you should be aware i’ve planted bombs all round the country if anyone comes or leaves without my permission or even tries to disarm them the they blow and a lot of innocent lives with them”

He finishes his sentence with a sickening laugh once he stops and looks back towards the camera with an unsettling sinister grin on his face.

The joker: “and before i forget my partner All for one is coming for his quirk one for all so i suggest you give it up you know who you are you wouldn't want your family and city to surfer for your selfishness with that said talk to you later kiddies and if you find any idiots dressed like a bats…then kill them”

As the screen turned off Izuku took a deep breath before continuing his fight through his city. He continued making his way to the now destroyed apartment building. He starts making his way through the destroyed building as broken wires hang from the ceiling letting off small sparks signifying they were still live. The walls covered with spray painted smiles Izuku made his way to the elevator only to find it busted having no other choice he walked into the staircase he walked into the middle of the room before firing his grapple to the top of the staircase. He was propelled to the top after leaving the staircase he made his way through the broken door to Bruce's apartment he made his way through the disheveled home to the study as he entered. The room was much like the rest of the apartment destroyed. He paid it no mind only making his way to the broken elevator leading to the cave. He takes a moment to look down at the broken elevator shaft before dropping down it, making sure to use his cape to slow his descent managing to land on the broken and bent elevator he manages to squeeze his way through the bent metal managing to make his way back into the cave. Allowing his cape to cover him like a cloak as he slowly made his way into the main section of the cave only to find it in ruins the computer completely destroyed due to him and spinners fight the cases holding all the suits broken with the suits all torn and destroyed especially one suit the original robin suit. All the trophies in the cave were scattered everywhere he continued walking until he unintentionally kicked Dracula’s skull. Once he looked down he was the skull half broken with what looked to be alcohol leaking out of it.

Batman: (this better not lead to more vampires)

Continuing to make his way through the cave to look for anything useful only finding the broken remains of the batcycle under several pieces of rubble. He makes his way over to the broken computer he tries to connect to retrieve a certain program. Izuku takes a deep breath before as he also tried to retrieve any other file or program he could but not managing to get anything but the program be needed as he stood by the broken computer waiting for the Usb stick to finish copying the program as he did his com’s go off signaling someone was trying to contact him. He presses the side of the cowl answering it and waits a second for the person to speak.

Batwoman: “batman are you there”

Batman: “...i'm here where are you, Eri and Bruce”

Batwoman: “at Ua we managed to get Bruce to recovery girls office she’s looking over him…but it doesn't look good”
