I experienced a profound sense of unity and oneness with nature during my stay. I got an intuition that I may need to come back again to nature's lap to search for the answers I am seeking. As I successfully completed my training in the mountains, I decided to return to the city to arrange a few secure majors before exploring the book. This time I took an auth so as not to fail. I could not afford to fail. I don't want to let my wife's death go to vain. I was sitting in the bus which will take me back to my hometown. As the bus rumbled down the winding mountain roads, past memories were passing by. I had spent more than a year in the mountains to train myself. Although at first my aim was to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and connect with nature. But as I started staying here I understood that humans are nothing but a part of nature.

I leaned my head against the window and closed my eyes, listening to the sound of the engine and the wind whistling through the trees. The fresh mountain air filled my lungs, and I felt invigorated after days of training.

As they descended into the valley below, A thick fog had rolled in, obscuring everything beyond a few feet ahead. The driver slowed the bus down, navigating cautiously through the dense mist. It was almost the same as last time while coming to the mountains, but this time I could see a few people were standing in the side ways. I noticed some strange behaviors in them. Then it felt like something collided with them to lose their footing and fall one by one, down into the pit. It was disorienting, like being inside a dream. I could not believe my eyes. I suddenly shouted and everyone got afraid. Bus driver pulled the bus to the road side. I told everyone what I saw. Then the bus went outside to check if anything was wrong. But he confirmed nothing was wrong. He said I must have hallucinated due to the fog and the bus again started its journey. After some time one old person came and asked me to join him. I went near him and sat beside him. We started conversing. We talked to each other on various normal topics. Then, he asked, "Son, why did you go to the mountains?". I said, "I went there to meditate." He asked, "Have you had any near death experiences?". I replied to him, "Yes, Once I was in a coma." He said, "Then it explains it.". He said, "I was an exorcist.", and "whom you saw there in the fog were ghosts.". There was an incident a few years ago at that place. Some travelers were walking down the same road after their bus broke down on the way. They were searching for a lift. A dense fog always occurs in that area. A car drove past. When they noticed it and started calling for help. But due to a sudden sound the driver got scared and collided with them. All of them fell down. It was believed a few people saw them in that valley. He then said, "I also personally saw it before while I used to practice exorcism before. But I never went there out of fear. Nowadays I don't see them. You saw them as you must have been spiritually awakened because of meditation and also have a near death experience.". Then he started mentioning some other similar places in the mountains where rumors are there of the existence of the ghost. He gave me his son's visiting card who is now following his legacy and bid farewell at the next stop. Then a few questions started clouding my mind. "What happens if people die? Why can I see them now? Can I also see my wife like those ghosts?" Master told he could see her. He said even though I can see her, moreover I just need to be more spiritually awake. Going forward I came through many ghost incidents but I am not going to mention anywhere else as that is not the matter of the subject, maybe I will write a separate book regarding ghosts.

Finally I reached my hometown and reached my parental house. While staying in the mountains, my master advised me to be physically more active as a person with disease or bulky body can't maintain samadhi state for a long time. I needed a huge amount of money for my further training, hence I sold a few of our properties. I Joined a Cardio training gym. I started going to the gym. At first, it was tough. The workouts were grueling and pushed me to my limits, but as the weeks went by, I started to see changes in my body and my mindset. My endurance improved, my weight dropped, and my energy levels soared. But more importantly, I discovered an inner strength. I started pounding the treadmill, rope jumping and did Surya namaskar(Sun salutation) etc in the morning and did Pranayam in the evenings. I felt empowered. I could feel myself getting stronger, both physically and mentally. And for the first time in my life, I felt comfortable in my own skin. I know that I am about to embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, and before that this training will bring me one step closer to reaching my full potential. It taught me regarding finding your inner strength, pushing yourself beyond your limits, and discovering a new you that you never knew existed.

Almost six more months passed in a blink of an eye. Then I decided to go back to the mountains. I went to a private search and rescue organization. I told them all the details, that I will be in the mountains to meditate. I already experienced one such incident before and I was almost at the edge of death. I signed a contract with them and they assured me regarding their fast service and provided me with some advanced equipment like a solar powered rechargeable battery, an advanced smartwatch, a satellite phone, Holter monitor (he same kind of ECG electrode patches on your chest, and the electrodes are connected by wires to a small, portable recording device.) and an AED (Automated external defibrillator, which is a computerized medical device. It's battery powered with adhesive defibrillator pads that are applied to the chest to allow an electrical current to pass through to the heart to reset the heart's normal electrical current. A normal, regular or organized electrical rhythm through the heart is necessary for the muscle to contract and pump blood to the body. When a person is in cardiac arrest, they have either no electrical current, a rapid rhythm that doesn't allow for the heart pumping chambers to fill correctly (ventricular tachycardia), or a disorganized electrical rhythm or current that doesn't allow the heart muscle to contract and circulate blood to the body (ventricular fibrillation). Ventricular fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia can be stopped with an electric shock to restore normal heart rhythm and circulation to the body. It is useful for normal as it needs no prior knowledge before use as it provides the details of what needs to be done by the speaker.
