I opened my eyes and turned around and looked beside me and saw Luke, he was still sleeping deeply and I smiled softly, as I stroked some hair away from his forehead and stroked my index finger along his scar and then rested my hand on his cheek and rubbed it gently.
We had been dating for about three months now and everything was going well between us and I was happy and I also realized yesterday that I love him and I want to tell him, I just don't quite know how and where yet, but I'll figure that out. Luke opens his eyes and looks at me. "You're staring." he said and he yawned and I grinned. "That's right," I said. "Why?" he asked. "Am I not allowed to stare at my handsome boyfriend then?" I asked, a smile on my face and Luke smirked and sat up straight and I did the same. "Sure you may, on one condition," he said and I looked at him. "And what might that condition be?" I asked. "That I get to stare at my beautiful girlfriend," he said and I rolled my eyes playfully. "Hmm, I'm not so sure about that yet," I said and Luke smirked and wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me to him and a small cry left my lips and I started laughing and I was now sitting on Luke's lap and he was kissing my shoulder. "Sure you can," I said and I looked at him. "Thank you," he said and he put his hands on my cheeks and pressed a kiss to my lips and I chuckled. "Come on, I'm hungry," I said and I got out of the bed and Luke followed my lead and I took my clothes and walked to the bathroom and I grinned and looked in the mirror and I was wearing Luke's t-shirt, which he slept in and I took it off and I also took off my sleep pants and I put my clothes on and then I walked back to the room and Luke just pulled his camp shirt over his head and he looked at me. "Let's go." he said and he held his hand out to me and I smiled and took his hand and he intertwined our fingers and he opened the door and he whispered something in my ear. "Am so glad we can just be together openly now." he whispered. "Me too," I said and we walked out of the Cabin and Luke slammed the door behind him and we walked to the breakfast pavilion.
We arrived and Chris and Leo came over to us. "Good morning, lovebirds," Leo said and I patted his ears. "Hey!" he said, but I saw the fun lights in his eyes and I shook my head, a smile on my face and leaned against Luke a little. "Can we talk?" asked Chris and he looked at Luke." Yeah, sure." said Luke and then he looked at me. "See you later, beautiful." he said and I just about melted and he gave me a quick kiss on my lips and then he and Chris walked over to the Hermes table and Leo immediately hooked his arm through mine and pulled me over to the Gaia table and we sat down.
"You look happy," said Piper and I looked at her. "I am too," I said and smiled softly.
"Is it because of a certain son of Hermes?" asked Clarisse and I looked at her." Yes." said I. "I have to tell you something else." said I. "What is it?" asked Leo. "I think I love him," I said. Piper started smiling very broadly, Clarisse choked on her water and Leo just about choked on his apple. "So is that so weird?" I asked, looking at my friends. "No, it's great, sorry for this strange reaction." said Clarisse. "Are you going to tell him?" asked Piper and I looked at her and nodded. "Good," said Leo.
It was now evening and me and Luke were lying on the beach and watching the stars, it had become our thing. I lay with my head on Luke's stomach and he was stroking my right arm and with his other arm, he was pointing out constellations that I had taught him and I smiled, listening to his voice.
"You remembered them well, babe," I said and I heard Luke laugh softly. "I had a good teacher," he said and he kissed my forehead and I smiled and sat up straight and Luke looked at me. "Are you okay?" he asked and I nodded.
Luke sat up straight too and looked at me. "I need to tell you something." I said and Luke looked at me. "What is it?" he asked. "These past three months have been the best three months ever, in my whole life and that's mostly because of you, I feel so safe with you, I feel complete and I'm so thankful that you're in my life and I don't want to lose you because you're very important to me." I said and Luke took my hands. "The same goes for me," he said and he gave along smile and pressed a kiss to my lips and I smiled against his lips and wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him back and rubbed my fingers through his hair and looked at him. "Luke, I love you," I said and he leaned away from me and looked at me and he was silent, he didn't say anything, he just looked at me. "Luke? Did you hear what I said? I said I love you," I said. Luke looked away from me and let go of me and my heart broke into thousands of pieces.
I got up and ran and tears welled up in my eyes and I dropped them and sobbed and ran into my Cabin and locked the door and dropped on my bed crying, heartbroken.
Don't have much to say but Luke didn't say I love you back, so bad
