Important Sequel Update!

Hey everyone! First off, I'd like to say I'm SO, SO, SO VERY SORRY!

I said I would update when the sequel was out and it completely slipped my mind, I convinced myself I already updated you guys through this book, but I didn't!

I published the first two Chapters of Deadly Scandals Sequel already! It's title is "Blood Ties- Freshjam (Sequel)" <------Said Story should ONLY be ON WATTPAD, no other site has permission to use said story or this one under any conditions, I don't give consent to anyone or thing to use these stories (Have to throw this in because Teenfic.Net IS STEALING MY STORIES FROM WATTPAD, fuck you Teenfic!🖕🏽)

Back on topic to make this short I did a goof and forgot to update on here when I published the first chapter!

Also, I had been back-to-back getting sick with different things, you name it.  The flu, fever, cold, COVID, practically everything in season! This Savage needs a break!

I'm currently rewriting/editing a few chapters I have yet to publish for the book because my notes for the OCs I was given permission to use didn't save properly so now I'm having to go through everything to make sure the characters are described correctly ( I'm also finding a few typos too so I'm fixing all that too) which is why I have yet to publish the third chapter though I will have said chapter out soon.

I'm also struggling because I've had to visit the hospital at least once or twice EVERY week since the start of this year. I have 3 grandparents (two from my mom's side, one from my dad's) in and out of the hospital and I don't have a lot of reliable family to help take care of them (and the few we do have live more than 5 hours away.) So the only ones helping them are me, my older sister, and my mom (me and my sis live 30minutes to an hour away, while my mom is 3 hours away from my grandparents) Plus to top it off me and my husband have been visiting a friend from our childhood, he's only 21 and is inflicted with cancer, we visited him this past Thursday and unfortunately he doesn't have long left ( his condition is so bad we may be at his funeral this coming week or the following and it's heartbreaking.)

I suspect my grandparents especially my grandpa will be in the same position soon as he has Parkison's disease and it's taken it toll on him very quickly, so if updates are late, please forgive me as I'm not only still editing to ensure everything's correct, but I'll be struggling with grief as well.

The Third chapter will come out soon, it's a really long chapter so it's taken me a bit to edit as I always go over my edits twice, I will also have the new book cover for it done soon.

Once again super sorry about the Sequels delay as well as being a bit late on chapter 3's update (This has officially thrown off all the chapters scheduled publish dates by a few days but once Ch.3 is updates you can still expect to have the other chapter schedule every other week as I originally intended, it will just go off of Ch.3 publish date which I plan to have done and published by March 3rd making the next update after that the 17th.)

This will be my last update on this book concerning the Sequel now that it's out and I've just announced it on here for you. All my old updates or AN's will come after this (I moved this to where it appears after the bonus chapters as you can see, I did it to make reading the story easier so you don't have to glance or swipe through this book to get to the next chapter, I know I hate doing that when I read so I thought I'd do us all a favor, I only left important updates about the sequel where I had them aside from the new cover/sequel update at the beginning) so unless you want to read my random AN's or check out the chapter where characters from certain readers were chosen for the sequel I suggest going to my "Blood Ties" story for more FreshJam content.

For those readers who allowed me to use your OC(s) I'm still using them, some will appear more than the others in the story and some I won't be able to include directly into the story due to certain information missing but they will be included in the story nonetheless they just won't be a part of the main group, like for example if I'm missing a physical description they'll appear in the story through a phone call or referenced to as if their someone from the past ( I have reached out or to the users that are still active that have their character missing things and I do look up art books so as long as you have a picture or description of your character in the art books or have given me their description through messages then you don't have to worry about this.) Also, I will be doing drawings/art of your OC(s) you provided as not only a dedication to you but an apology as well for making you wait so long to see your characters in action, you may also use the drawing of your OC if you want to ( I will have my username(s) on said art so all I ask is for you to please not remove those as it credits me as the artist so you don't have to worry about having to credit me personally.) I will have multiple characters in one drawing as Wattpad only allows so many pics to be in a single chapter so If you want to use your character, I can provide individual drawings of your OC(s) for you to use as long as you message me.

With all that said. Keep it classy and sassy and see you guys on my next update in the sequel.

Last minute Edit; 

OMG you guys, it's currently 11:00am and hour before you'll be able to read this, and I just have to say I wasn't ready. I knew he didn't have long but wtf. Me and my husband's friend that we knew since elementary JUST passed away. I'm sitting here at work trying so damn hard not to cry. I know I shouldn't answer non-work-related calls during work hours, but it was my friend Angie (she knows I work 12 hour shifts on weekends) so I knew she was calling about something important, I answer, and she updates me on our friend TJ.

It happened so fast, I can't even process it. I have to break the news to my husband now who's also currently working. I can't believe he's gone. I didn't plan on adding any new characters to the sequel aside from some of my own OC's because there I needed more Jock students for the story, but I'll add him, as a dedication to him, at least in the world of this fanfiction he can live the life he deserved. God, I can't even explain how hard it is to breathe right now.  Don't worry too much about me, I have a good support system, and it's like my husband always says, things will get better eventually. At least TJ is no longer in pain and can rest at piece now. I hope you all have a better day than I'm having, catch you guys in the sequel.
