(Discipline surpasses motivation)

Firstly, what is discipline? Well, in simple and brief words, discipline is nothing more than DOING WHAT HAS TO BE DONE WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT. Putting this in your head is going to take you much further than watching a motivational video on YouTube or a podcast about fitness. You will ask yourself why? Because motivation is like a magic potion which you drink and once it takes effect , this fades away little by little (like the potion of Asterix and Obelix), until you are left the same as before: unmotivated and therefore you say to yourself:
-Today I am not motivated, I am not going to go to the gym
And therefore you stay at home sitting procrastinating, watching TV or doing who knows what, since you need a shot of motivation to move your ass, just like a drug addict needs his drug.
