Before you start making excuses to get up early and go to the gym, let me tell you that I live in Cuba, a country currently in a depressing state economically. So the food and that of any ordinary Cuban, like me, is bad, bordering on terrible. You can find people in the gym with very good physical condition, without having tried or even knowing what whey protein or creatine is, with a terrible diet as I already told you, consuming their macronutrients (proteins, carbohydrates and fats) for below what they need to increase muscle mass or lose weight. Even so, they achieve their goals either due to their discipline, staying in the world of fitness for years or having good genetics. Going to the gym in Cuba can be considered a luxury not because of the price of the gym since it is relatively cheap compared to other countries (taking into account that they do not have the same quality as in first world countries) what is done becomes expensive And everything that going to the gym entails is difficult: acquiring food, finding time, since many people have to work to survive.

Therefore, every time you make excuses for not going to the gym, think about all those people who go in worse conditions than you, or those who cannot even go due to their economic situation.
